Movie channels are overpriced. We have digital cable (with the boxes) we have yet to go through and entire month without some sort of issue. Pixelation, freezing, disrupted service, and billing issues. We frequently get credits that never get credited to account. We have same issues with service yet every time we call another customer service agent will tell us a totally different 'cause' than the one before. Apparently compentency isn't a requirement at cox. Its no fun to pay for a service which frequently doesn't work.

Cox puts the customer first, but at this location, wait times are long, and employees are less than friendly visibly playing solitaire while assisting customers. You will get a correct solution from the store, but it might take a while.

It doesn't matter how early you go you still have a good fourty five minuite wait. I've even gone thirty minuites before they open and was the second person their by the time they opened the crowd just pushed their way in and I was the tenth person seen. There must be a better way.
