I filed a complaint about the installation job that was done on my high speed internet install. The tech put in an old ugly, broken box on the outside of my brand new house. The box was splattered with paint and stucco and belonged in a trailer park. He also left the box hanging off the side, and punched holes in my stucco, then the anchors pulled out and he even missed an anchor. The tech that came out to do the repair job was very nice, and even called the install job "$@#% poor". He replaced the box, but ran into the same problem anchoring the box to the stucco. He told me it needed longer screws than what he had, to properly anchor it, and I should go get some and finish it. Why didn't he go get them and finish the job? He also attempted to fill the stucco holes with silicone. He told me his own job looked %#&% poor. Is this really cox's answer to an install? I am going to have to (at best) get some stucco repair, get some proper screws, and paint to repair the side of my BRAND NEW HOUSE that Cox damaged.
