Cox Communications owns and operates KUDZU.COM. My experience with these companies is that the customer service is poor and there is no follow through with problems created by their own systems and policies. Kudzu posted an erroneous statement about my business by a person whom did not even do business with me. When properly briefed, neither company has responded in an appropriate way. The accountability and ethics of these two companies is lacking. Beind a business client for many years both commerically and residentially, you would expect someting higher. Be very careful using a company that does not have the proper systems in place to avoid misrepresentation and the ability to post information that is slanderous and damaging. You would think a communication company would be ethical, accountable, honest, and mostly "communicate" to their clients. Thank you.

If you have two computers, you constantly have to reset your router for the internet. The cable/digital cable is over priced, oh and the customer service is below average. For the majority of the times I call (which is usually about a problem) the reps are rude. I can't wait to move out of my apartment so I can get rid of them.

I had an email address through Cox for over 5 years. One day I signed on and couldn't get in. Numerous phone calls later Cox said they gave my address away and cannot confirm that my personal information/emails were not also given out.

No problems at all with their cable TV service. Continual problems with their high-speed internet service, and inability of them to every correct the intermittent modem problem made me have to discontinue service and switch to another carrier. Bummer, because when the high-speed internet worked, it was SUPER FAST.!

Im switching from Direct TV to Cox and it has been nothing but a bad experience the prices are so high and they keep giging me excuses every week on why my bill is so high!!Unbeliveable I would never reccomend Cox!!!

I switched to cox after being treated poorly by Qwest in 1999. I have enjoyed their services. Typically their customer service is good, but their technicians over the last couple years are rude and ignorant. Morever, Cox has consistently raised prices on consumers to outrageous levels. I am with them but I am looking for better options.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with cable and telephone providers in the past. Right now, however, I have Cox for internet, phone, and cable. I love it. In fact, when the contractor wired my house wrong, Cox took care of their mistakes at no charge.

Very disappointed with Cox Communications customer service.To be able to talk to the right person, they transferred me 5-6 times, plus kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes; then they told me that their system is down and advised to call back in half an hour, so the whole story with transferring repeated again, and then they had me listen to the main menu again. They have a monopoly in cable service, and they think they have a right to be mean to their customers.

We have always had cox communications as our cable provider, over the holidays we decided to add digital cable & internet to our service. I set up an appointment, took the day off work and cox never showed up, nor did they call. Finally we realized there was a problem setting up the account, but no one every notified me. We had to reschedule, and the 2nd time was even worse. Needless to say, it's been 3 weeks from the dat I ordered additional services, and I still do not have them hooked up. POOR customer service, and I never even received a "sorry for the inconvenience".

I have always been a Cox customer. I can always rely on there top notch service personnel to fix any problem that may arise. I have never had a problem with there customer service or billing department.

There should be an express lane for people who are just dropping off equipment and making a payment and an all others lane as well. The wait at this facility is alway about an hour, and all other cable stations are out of the way. Too bad there isn't enough other cable companys.

I have always liked Cox Communications and off and on I have used there service. In my neighborhood I never really had outages or any real problems. I currently have the dish and that goes out everytime the wind blows. I would definetly go back to Cox Communications.
