I use Cox for Internet (ISP) service and have nothing but trouble with them. I loose connectivity almost every day between 8 and 9 am. Every time I need to call them it takes 2 or more calls to resolve issues (technical or business). Their web sight is very difficult to navigate. As soon as there is a viable competitor I am leaving.

Prices always go up. 2-3x a year it seems like. Too bad it's a monopoly. Had their phone service and it was unreliable at times the first month. No phone stinks!
