If you want to be there to put your best friend into the crematory for a private cremation, you have to tell them. They won't ask. I was told to come back after 9 am Monday. I did. He had already been cremated. He was my best friend and I wanted to be there for him to the last. When I told her that I thought 9 Monday would be for cremation, she just said I should have told her and it costs $20 more. I couldn't care less what it cost, I would have gladly paid it. I hope that I was given his cremains. It may not be important to them, but it is to me.

At avery difficult time, the were very caring and understanding. They returned my pets cremains in a matter of days, where as I've had a pet cremated at another crematory and it took two weeks for her cremains.

They handled our beloved Sampson's cremation with great compassion and care. Because of that, it made a very painful time a touch easier to bear.
