I contacted Richard and he immediately set up an appointment to inspect our crawl space. He provided us with a detailed estimate, and a sample of the material he was going to use. Richard and his crew were on time, neat and finished the job one day earlier than originally estimated. The moisture and temperature in our crawl space has been reduced significantly, and is having a very positive impact on our home. Richard’s recommendations were "spot on" and I would highly recommend using the Crawl Space Doctor to encapsulating your crawl space.

Our HVAC company said our home was "possessed" by humidity and we should sell it and move out. We didn't give up! Richard solved our humidity problem! Thanks Richard!

Price was GREAT, Completely satisfied with the completed work and the workers who came to do the work. Work was started and completed on time. Noticed changes in my floors after the first day (no more squeaking). Thanks Crawlspace Dr.!!!

Spending money on crawlspace work sucks but if you have to do it, Richard is your guy. Very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job....
