Picking (Creating Space)Todd to do my 2 bathroom remodel was best choice I could have made. Todd and I discuss what I wanted to do. He walked me through the remodel process and answered all my question. He provided me a detailed quote. He had great ideas that helped me with my decisions. He and his crew are very easy to work with and very accommodating to changes that came up during project. I found them all to be honest, dependable, hard working and conscientious. Spencer and Jason had great ideas and very helpful in the tiling process. The quality of work Todd and his crew did was excellent. They pay attention to all the little details that makes the quality of remodel look outstanding. It was a pleasure working with Todd and his crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will certainly be calling on them on future projects…..Thanks for a great job!!

Todd and his team have been a breeze to work with! His quote was fair and accurate. The crew was reliable and were here when they said they would be. The workmanship is outstanding and our basement looks wonderful. We had been putting off finishing it for over 5 years and are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Creating Space!

We had a wonderful working experience with Todd. He has assembled a crew that is second to none. Todd provided us with a comprehensive quote. He was easy to work with throughout the project. He had great suggestions for us and was amenable to changes as we worked through the project. We found Todd and his crew to be honest, conscientious,dependable, and hard working. It is a pleasure to write a review about the job that Creating Space did for our basement. Todd is different than most other Basement Contractors we had quote and ones our friends have used. He is prompt and available all the time. There was never a time during the entire process where he was missing-in-action or we didn't hear from him. We always knew where we were in the process and what to expect next. Todd is friendly, energetic, realistic, and no-pressure. A genuine professional. He does not up-sell or confuse you to try and do something you would not want to do. Todd presented us with an estimate and he spelled out the work that he would provide and also gave us allowances for several things (bath, bar, flooring, etc). The basement was completed in the proper time period and everything came out on budget. There were no hidden costs or surprises. The team that Todd has working for him is fantastic. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism of Todd and all of his sub's and the finished product by everyone involved in the project. We would highly recommend Creating Space to anyone.

We called about 10 different contractors before we contacted Creating Space and most never even called back. Contractors are often infamous for their poor customer service. Creating Space, however, knows how to make a customer happy. Todd, the owner, came out on time (in fact, 5 minutes early) and spent about an hour discussing different ideas, showed me some of his work on an ipad (some truly jaw-dropping results of before and after)and gave me an estimate that same day. Our bathroom remodel was not a big job yet he treated us like he was working on a million dollar home. His tile gurus, Spencer and Jason, made our bathroom the best looking room in the house. It even looks larger than before - some kind of amazing optical illusion. Spencer also spent about an hour with us discussing how they installed the tile and the insulation most contractors don't use. It is not only in our shower, but under the tile as well. We will never have to replace anything as long as we own the house. Bobby is another member of the crew that impressed me. He installed a custom made double vanity that looks like a piece of furniture for less money than places like Home Depot. We had a couple of minor things that we needed repaired - normal settling that made the caulk crack (about an inch long) in two places. They came out to our house after we paid with smiles on their faces and asked us to please call them anytime. Wow! We are already looking at our next project. Thanks!!
