Misrepresentation and does not back up customers.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR! Our association traded an older golf cart for a supposedly "fully refurbished" replacement that was explicitly to come with all brand new batteries. After months & months (almost a year) of continuous "checking it out," we were finally told that we need a new, full set of batteries (at $650 retail) that we could buy "at cost" (but no quote was given). Clearly misrepresented themselves and their products and services.
We're extremely disappointed!
