Called almost a week ago to getr an estimate on getting some work done and have not heard anything back. No work done.
Couldnt do my job, but took 5 minutes out of his day to give me what a fair estimate would look like and where to find a contractor. I will be calling when I have a big job. Thank you!

John and his crew put on a new roof, plus rebuilt a patio roof, cleaned up our yard, put up a new fence, replaced an RV gate better than new, fixed an old leaky kitchen sink, and more. Never a grumble when something new popped up, they just took care of it. Quality work that I'm sure will last.

We had John, Daniel and Jose working on a multitude of things in our home. We could not be more pleased with the results. Our Home looks Fabulous! They painted, worked on tile, fixed up our window wells, our shower and built a shelf into our entertainment center that looks like it came with the house. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We were very pleased with his fair pricing on all the work that was done and the incredible job that they did. So much so, that we kept adding things to be done. They can do it all. It is so reassuring to know when we need more work done, we have to look no further than Creative Handyman. HURRAY!! Finally a Contractor you can trust. Thanks John, Daniel and Jose. We'll be calling soon I'm sure. : ) ps. No more Blue Tape! LOL ; ) Thanks Again, Mike, Leslie, The Cats and the Boys : )

Instead of on large project we had several smaller jobs that needed to be completed. Specifically the converting of an exercise room to an office (install pocket door, move light switches, install can lights, and tile the floor), relocate an outlet and cable line for a TV and move a couple other outlets in preparation for some shelving. All of the work was done professionally and correctly (even when this meant ripping out some things and doing them over without me prompting.) As can happen in any remodel, when they opened up the walls and ceiling to do some of the work, they ran into some issues that caused additional work on their part. Even though they went over the quoted number of hours, they did not charge me (or even hint about it) above the quoted not to exceed number that was quoted. Would definitely use them again, though as they only work on one job at a time, during busy times there could be a delay before they could start ( ~2 months in our case), but worth the wait.

Thank you for the review. We are usually only booked 7 to 10 days in advance on jobs. Most people can work with our schedule. Customers can call at any time to discuss the current work load. Thanks again.
Simply put, John and Dan came in and had to work on a custom room build out with a lot of curves, cubbies and unique designs and knocked it out of the park. John wasn't afraid to come in and critique work that had already been done, and then on top of that, rebuild previously done work for no additional charge. He could have easily left the incorrect work but wanted to do it right even if it took longer, and he did. When challenges presented themselves, and they did often, John was always able to come up with a "creative" solution. I'll be quick to recommend Creative Handyman to friends when the need arises.

I hired Creative Handyman about 10 years ago to install one simple window in my home. I had 3 companies out. 2 tried to sell me upgraded windows for my entire home at inflated prices. John from Creative Handyman came out. He explained exactly what he would do, how long it would take & how much it would cost. The job was completed on time & witin my budget. Since then I have had Creative Handyman complete other projects at my home. I have had John & his crew Encolse my carprot, Add a georgous 1000 sq ft 2 story addition to my home. Last summer they completed a remodel of my backyard turning it into a paradise complete with BBQ island & deck area with fire pit. After completing that I had Creative Handyman redo the front of my home including a beautiful stone wall & planter, & a faux flagstone entranceway/ patio. They have just completed adding a new carport to my home & are currently turning a room in my home into a mini gym which is already exceeding my expectations.I NEVER get any other quotes because I KNOW John will always do quality work at a fair price. John & His crew are Honest, experienced, Reliable, professional & Talented. It always amazes me how I can have an Idea & John can create it on paper & then construct it . He truley is the most creative person I have ever known. When I have Guests to my home they LOVE all of the improvements & I have John to thank for that.CREATIVE HANDYMAN YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a storage shed (attached) on my house. John cut a garage door opening for me so now I have a mini garage that fits my Harley and my Lawn gear. He also cut and framed a large doggie door opening for my 100lb pups, complete with steps, on a different side of the house, FOR FREE!! Wow. That's service.

John and his team did a total remodel of our residence in 2004. It took almost a year from the first conversation to the last drop of touch-up paint and we were satisfied beyond all expectations in every phase of the project. Kudos!

We recently needed some work done on our home. Knowing a friend who had home improvements done on their home and seeing what a great job had been done, we knew we wanted to hire their contractor. So we did, and hired Creative Handyman to do the work on our home! They were meticulous, never cut corners, really listened to what we wanted, and they were very reasonably priced. The crew was pleasant and always cleaned up after the day's work. We are more than pleased with the job Creative Handyman did on our home. As a matter of fact, several times we had neighbors ask who was doing the work and they commented on how they had noticed the great job Creative Handyman was doing. I would highly recommend Creative Handyman for your home improvement projects!
