The furniture looks great, you pay $1,500 for a recliner chair and assume you're getting something special but your not. My recliner mechanism only lasted 2 years. No problem its limited lifetime warranty; NOT SO FAST. You first pay for someone to come out and look at it; he makes sure the chair has not been misused. OK, so you pay the guy $75 to look at it and he return days later to make the repair. Now, you'll witness your $1,500 chair being hit with a hammer, frame drilled into, screw heads ground to nothing and more. At the same time your $1,500 chair is being slammed into the floor and flipped like a big-time wrestler goes wild on chair. Why? So he can get comfortable, now chair in lap and his back resting against your hutch full of precious breakables. No - .. What just happened and you said "it's the wrong part?" What do I do? Let him come back so I can watch round 2? Call the main office; choice pay $139 to send it in, who knows for how long or let the guy come back to finish OFF your chair? Why him; because, he's the only repair person in the DENVER area. Come on!!! The third option is... They give you the part (you all ready paid $75) and you fix it yourself. I took the 3rd option. Save your money and buy something else, their quality is no better then a 500 dollar chair.
