Best place to say away from., 12/18/2009

This is Creditors Trade Association. I go to arbitration with a client. We settle. Creditors Trade Association then starts a law suit on the exact same thing. After a year after the arbitration... settled, suit is thrown out by court, case already settled by arbitration. Creditors Trade Association then asks for, and gets,a judgment on the CLOSED CASE. Quick like a bunny files the judgment on me, than the court realizes the mistake and makes the judgment void. This was in June. It is now middle of December and after asking them to remove their void judgment, they refuse. Now they are asking for a new judgment, while the old void one is still in effect on my credit report. The California Stat Bar called them and requested them to remove the judgment. they say they did, and the bar dropped the case, even though it is still to this day on my credit report and registered with the county. I am now suing them hoping the judge will forget Creditors Trade Association is run by the 'good old boys', fellow attorneys, and rule to have them remove the void judgment and pay me back for the expenses I have had for defending myself against a suit that should have never been. Stay away from these guys as they do not play by the same rules as the rest of us. I will be suing their client as well for allowing the suit after the judgment. They will all get to pay.
