We recently had a gas line installed by Creekmore Plumbing for our kitchen remodel. Ken was prompt, friendly and his bid for the job was very reasonable, especially when compared to some of the outrageous bids we had previously received. Other plumbers wanted to cut holes in the ceiling, but Ken was able to fish the gas line straight to the kitchen. I would and will recommend them to family or friend.

I had used Creekmore several times with only one bad incident where he hit my house with a backhoe. He sent someone out to fix it and I accepted it. Approx 1 year ago I called because the utility room had water on the floor. They came out mid afternoon after being called at 8 am. The tec put the owner on the phone who said I needed a new hot water tank He new he had me- I needed it replaced and being a single mom I couldnt fix it myself. He charged me $850 for a plain cheap gas water heater and he only spent approx 45 min taking it out and installing. Told him that would be the last time I would have him do anything, I trusted him after working on my home approx 4 other times. When I old him how I felt he could care less. Poor judgement to lose a paying customer and not care. I havent needed a plumber since but I wont use him!
