i feel bad for pets that are taken here because all they care about is throwing you a big bill and pills and then getting you out the door immediately without so much as answering any questions or giving any useful information for the well being of the pet my dog got worse after i took him there because the vet did not take the time to properly diagnose him i took him somewhere else and it turns out he did not need the meds from creekside because they werent for what he has not even close to what he has. This place is the worst no one deserves to be be ripped off by them because they not only rip you off financially but emotionally as well.

Have been with them for over 4 years. My dog was in emergency room late at night by emergency vet they recommend. Communication was poor between them. They didn't call to just to check on her. (would have been nice) Brought her in as she was not doing better 48 hours later(per ER instructions). Dr Adams told me I should have had her in sooner. I just followed ER instructions. He put her on prednisone and didn't tell me to stop her previcox for arthritis until I needed a refill 4 days later. Dr. wanted to blame me. I would have stopped if was told. Seems not wanting to except responsibility for His actions. Very sad to have been treated this way. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

The other reviewers are right on here. Extra little charges amount to big bucks for a vet. The bill was $180 for basic shots and office visit. The highest I have paid in two states. They even charge $17 to clip your dog's nails. What a royal rip!!!

Dr. Adams and his staff are WONDERFUL. I would recommend, (and have)this vet clinic to anyone! Dr. Adams and his staff truly care about your pets. I was recommended to him by another vet who could not get me in to them without a wait. One thing I love about this place is that Monday through Friday you need no appointment. They do take appointments on Saturdays though if you prefer a set time. EVen with no appointment I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes!

A friend of ours recommended Dr. Adams after we told her how our little guy was afraid to go into a vet's office. Our 2 year old MinPin is a very social and well-adjusted dog, so when he developed a fear of going to the vet after having been at another local vet's doggie day care one day, we switched vets. The second vet was rude and appeared disinterested in our puppy. We went to Dr. Adams, and he picked up our puppy and spoke gently and reassuring to him on the first visit. He immediately made us feel at ease, and we have never looked back. We love that you can take your animals in without appointments Mon-Fri, all staff truly love & care about animals, and you are not charged for any unneccessary shots, meds, or procedures. Prices are at least comparable to other vets, if not cheaper. Dr. Adams and his staff are the best!

I love Creekside Animal Hospital and Dr. Adams. Dr. Gilbert who fills in now and then is great as well. I love that you never have to wait. I also love that as many animals as I have they get to know them all. I have a cat that is 15 years old and was diagnosed with hyerthyroidism. She was close to the end but Dr. Adams and Dr. Gilbert brought her back and she is like a young kitty again with that sparkle in her eyes. The prices are a little high but so worth it for the quality of care you get and the relationship that you and your animals build with them. It's all about trust and I know I can trust Creekside to take care of my pets.

Always patient and loving with my animals. Wait times are always reasonable. My geriatric cat loves Dr. Adams (even purrs when he gets a shot). Never experienced such concern from any other vet. We've tried 3 other vets, and this cat was terrified of them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

It is a 45 minute drive up 400 for me to get to Creekside. It's so worth it. Dr. Adams diagnosed my cat's illness after another vet had misdiagnosed and mistreated it. He even spoke kindly of the other veterinarian and "covered" for him, explaining how the error might have been made. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done to save the cat. I really appreciated the way Dr. Adams handled this, as well. As it wasn't an emergency and the cat wasn't in pain, the doctor medicated him and made him as comfortable as possible so that he could come home with us. We all had a chance to spend some time with him and say goodbye before we had to let him go. I tend to go to Dr. Adams when I have an animal with a problem. I have never had an extended wait to see the doctor and he has always spent a great deal of time discussing my animal's health during the examination. I am never confused about a diagnosis or course of treatment. I have always found the entire staff to be friendly, supportive and caring. In my experience, their fees have been slightly less than at my previous veterinarian's and when it was time for my cat to go, they did not charge me for the euthanasia, at all. I'm done with other vets - I'll stick with Dr. Adams!

Dr. Adams is the best vet around! From the moment he comes in the room, you can tell that he has an enormous love for all animals. I really feel at ease taking my pets to him. I know they are being cared for in the highest degree. He is not the cheapest in town, but I wouldn't trust my animals health with anyone else.

When I called to make an appointment for my dog, I was told just to come in, no appointment required. Well, I showed up with my dog and ended up waiting 25 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor finally came in and did 5 minutes of baby talk with my dog, gave her some pills, did not take the time to explain to me what was wrong with her (just said give her the pills, that will take care of the problem) and $200 later we left the office. If you want a good vet, go to Pet Smart, Dr. Beth Mangia is great!!

We have been going to Dr. Adams for more than 2 years and he is terrific! We have three dogs and each one loves Dr. Adams and his Staff!!! He has a natural ability with our "babies" that instantly puts them at ease. He's very conservative in treatment - not going for the most expensive treatment immediately - we really appreciate this approach. Plus, Dr. Adams is able to explain the diagnosis/treatment in simple terms we understand. Another bonus - no appointment required during the week. Very rarely have we waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. We would highly recommend Dr. Adams.

We for the 1st time in April. Our dog had his typical itchy skin issues so we tried Creekside. No issues as we got the medicine and the Dr. checked him out. Approx 1-2 weeks later we got a card from them for our rabies vaccination renewal. My wife took our dog and came back with a $51 bill which included an additional $35 office visit charge. I tried to call them to discuss the two office visit charges within 3 weeks when we literally were there for 5 minutes to get the shot that probably could have been given on the first visit. Instead of a simple solution of agreeing to either credit us or remove the charge, I was put through a long process as if this was a major corporation. I had to have the person who answers the phone talk to the "Hospital Administrator"-Doctor's wife. Then after a week, I was told that the Hospital Administrator decided not to credit us and they charge for all visits regardless. Nice cust service! For a vet office that was empty both times we went, they certainly are not trying to win business when you are so inflexible. Clearly they have a lot of overhead and would rather stiff someone $35 than try to keep a customer. To this day, I still haven't been able to talk to anyone but the girl that answers the phone. I tried to talk to the "Hospital Admin" about it but was on hold for 10 minutes waiting so I hung up. To be expected to pay for 2 office visits in 1 month when 1 was just for 1 shot just seems unreasonable. You can be the judge.

I called the office for an appointment to take my dog for a regular check up. Was told that I could go at any time during their office hours (sounds great!!), when I got there the office was completely empty... but I still had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes to be then told to go to the exam room. I waited for the doctor in the exam room for another 20 minutes!!! And again... no one else was waiting to be seen. My dog's exam lasted no more than 5 minutes (so I doubt that the reason it took so long to see my dog was because he was examining another dog, he obviously can do that in 5 minutes). On the other hand the place is very clean and the doctor was nice. So if you have a lot of time to kill, this is the place to go.

He is the most caring Vet I have ever dealt with. My little chichiuas love him. He just puts them up to his face and talks baby talk. He is amazing!! He is by far the best in Georgia. Richard Gray
