Care was excellent. Unfortunately, the vet billing agent misquoted the bill by about $500. She had promised to call if costs overran the quote, but did not. They were apologetic for the 'misunderstanding', which was nice, but that didn't change the unexpected $500 burden. Again, care was excellent, but the stress of an already huge bill augmented by the stress of the unexpected extras was not welcome, necessary, or at all okay.
