In correcting an airbag warning problem, they ran the new seatbelt under the seat mounting track so the driver's seat couldn't be moved back and forth. When the car was returned to them, they couldn't begin to resolve the problem except to offer a $1278 driver's seat mounting assembly. They broke the dashboard mounting lug, and claimed it "couldn't be fixed - it's broken". They have never fixed anything; they just keep changing parts until the customer runs out of patience - or money. If you MUST have a Cadillac, but it elsewhere and fix it yourself. There is no shop supervision at Crestview.
