Manager would not honor pricing as promised. When buying two phones last week, I was told their machine would not be able to run my credit card nor would they be able to provide a receipt. They asked if I could pay in cash. I didn't have over $700 on hand but we agreed I could come in the following day with the cash. I returned the following day with cash as agreed. (Husband in tow) First, I was told they didn't know what I was talking about and the person I spoke to doesn't work there. As it turned out, he was there in the back and when he came out and I asked to talk to the manager, he said he was the manager. When I asked why he had me come back if he wasn't going to honor the price, he just kept repeating I don't know, sorry I can't help you today. The short of it is this, there are many Cricket stores in San Diego. This is one to avoid.

I needed another phone line so I checked out Cricket and I am really satisfied with their service and the customer service in the store is the best all the employees are really knowledgeable with all their phones!!
