I had a problem with squirrels and rats. Critter Patrol was very informative and knowlegable. They inspected my home from top to bottom. All of my question that I had written down were answered before I even asked them. They explained with great detail on how to resolve my problems. The price was fair and reasonable. The other companies I spoke with just wanted to put a bandaid over the problem. Critter Patrol did alot of work and fixed the problems for good. After the job was complete they did a follow up to make sure everything was okay. These guys a great. I am now squirrel and rat free!

Critter Patrol was very responsive when we were a new customer. When we needed them to come out for follow up trips, it was a terrible experience. Many occasions we had to several days in a row before we got a call back. They're great - until they cash your check then forget about it.

This customer had us come out to do an inspection and give them a price to seal their home , after the inspection she said she had to speak with her husband it was 2 weeks before we heard back from them. Myself and my three employees went out that evening to meet with her husband. He had decided to have his roofers do part of the work which makes us uncomfortable offering our warranty because we did not perform all of the sealing ourself and would be unsure of all of the quality. We drastically reduced the price and set up a day to come out after the roofers. That day came and they rescheduled 2 times before she finally said we could come out on a specific day. We came out on that day and the work on the roof had still not been done; but we did our part anyway. We sealed everything other than what the roofers were to do and set rat traps. That was on a Friday; that evening she was calling saying that there was a rat in a trap which is something most people would be willing to wait until the next morning to remove the rat from the trap. But she was very distressed about it being there so I sent one of my employees out that night and we told her we would be out sometime the next week to check the traps. Monday she was calling saying we didnt show up and that we had told her we would be out Monday morning which we did not say. We came out the next day and checked traps again and told her we would be out on Friday again. Thursday morning she was calling back saying we were supposed to have already been out and didnt show up. We solved their problem for a very reasonable price in a very timely manner and still backed it by this warranty so I feel this negative review was uncalled for. We are a small company and one negative review on here can literally affect myself and my employees feeding our families. We feel we are very honest and stand behind our work which we know we are capable of higher quality at a better price than most of our competitors. Unfortunately most people that are satisfied you never hear back from; which we have had thousands of satisfied customers but it is those few that can not be pleased that want to make things bad for everyone. I assure every customer or potentional customer that I stand behind our work before and after the work has been done. If anyone has any questions or concerns please feel free to call us at any time.
Part of what I paid for was to have all of the openings into my house, including the attic sealed. Well, there's lots of daylight coming into the attic. I called 5 times and didn't get a call back. It also took repeated calls to get them to put out traps and remove traps. I don't recommend them.

OK, first let me start with the title for this review. This lady called on a Sunday morning needing someone out that day, within one hour I (the owner of the company) was at her home to do an inspection for her rat problem. One of the first things she notified me of was that she was not willing to spend much money at all. She had a serious rat problem and needed a complete home exclusion which should have been @ $2000. I gave her a price of $800 and we put her on the schedule for that coming Tuesday. Our non emergency hours are Mon - Fri 8-5 she wanted the work done after 6 pm. Finally we came to the agreement that we would arrive earlier and be finished with the outside when she arrived home to get in the home. The job went well and we were completed that evening. That night she was calling in the middle of the night saying she was hearing things so we set up to be there at 5 pm the next day and she was not home until after 6. After we got there she told us she was not hearing anything; the problem was that her dog was barking. We checked things out and found no evidence that the rats were still in her home and had all gone out the one way door. Over the next 2 weeks she called us back out repeatedly because of her dog barking, everytime that we went we had to go out after hours and she was always late getting home. Finally after a few weeks she called one day to tell us she was convinced the problem was solved and to thank us. The next day she called to tell us she went into her attic to look around and could still see light, I explained to her the light was coming through her soffit vents every inch of her attic was sealed airtight and the only light coming in was through the attic vents. She said that she understood this and thanked us again. Now she has posted this review I guess some people can never be pleased but her problem was solved within 48 hours from her first phone call to us for less than half of what our competitors would have charged and we still stand behind the lifetime warranty that she recieved when we sealed her home. If she ever has any problems in her home other than her dog barking at 3 am we will be out immediately to take care of it.
I called them to have someone come out and see about some sounds I'd heard coming from my attic. They were courteous from the beginning and after having them remove the squirrels that had torn up my attic and started to chew away insulation and things I'd stored I had them "seal" my home against any others coming in. The guys that came out were very honest and I really felt they had my best interest in mind. I feel much safer now having chosen them and having the excellent warranty to back their work!

Two guys showed up and did the dirty work in my attic--those pesky critters came back after another company made empty promises-this company has 100% effective customer service and are very nice to work and deal with---highky recommend them to anyone! They rock!

I called A-Plus last wednesday and spoke with the owner Tony. I told him I had something living in my attic. within one hour he was at my house and had determined i had a racoon nesting with babies. He was able to get the babies out and seal the hole up all in about an hour. Tony was even able to remove the racoon feces and replace a little insulation that the racoons had damaged. All work was done at a reasonable price.I would highly recomend them concidering i called two other companies that didnt even show up.
