WE DID NOTHING WRONG HERE!! This is a customer that we did a job for today. When we arrived he asked us to remove his wire gutter guards for him as we were working because he was going to get new gutter guards. We did as he requested. When we finished the job he threatened our guys and even pushed one of them because he expected us to install his new gutter guards. This was not part of the contract. We did not even charge him to remove the ones he asked us to remove. But when our guy explained to him that there would be a charge to install new gutter guards for him, he refused to pay us for our work and pushed on of the guys and used very bad language. We did nothing wrong at all. We did the work he contracted us to do and did it in a very professional manor. He now has his home sealed and as he requested his gutter guards removed and refuses to pay for the service.
It's been 4 years since we engaged Critter Patrol to deal with a critter problem in our attic. Unfortunately, we are still dealing with it but they keep coming out trying to address the problem. I hope this will be the year!

We had Critter Patrol come out to check the attic for rodents. They came out within one week, found the problem, fixed the problem, explained the process from A to Z, and I am now rodent free. I called them to come back out (they have a lifetime guarantee) as I thought I heard something. They came right out, were thorough and rechecked everything at no charge. (It was squirrels on the roof!) Every service person that came out was kind and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend this company.

From start to finish I was highly satisfied with Critter Patrol. Tony, Jason, and Becky were all great to work with. They resolved our rat problem as quickly as possible and were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around good people. Its refreshing to work with an honest company that doesn't try to take advantage of a customer or make the problem seem worse than it really is just to make a buck. I will reccomend Critter Patrol to anyone in need of these services.

Critter Patrol quickly handled my squirrel invasion. They came out to assess the problem the day I called and had their crew out the next business day. I wanted a local business and was impressed from start to finish. I did check out their reviews, but was more interested in getting rid of the squirrels than getting multiple bids. After all was said and done, I did find out that their prices are very competitive and their transferrable warranty was the icing on the cake.

I am very pleased with Critter Patrol. Tony came out immediately and analyzed the problem. His team came out within the week and sealed my house. They have excellent knowledge and customer service. I have worked with four other companies previously who couldn't figure out the entry point and finally stopped calling me back. I highly recommend Critter Patrol. They solved my problem when other companies failed.

I have the lifetime warranty and approximately two years after establishing that warranty had an issue with squirrels and CP responded quickly and their team came out consisting of Jason and Blake and addressed the issue professionally and without hesitation. Squirrels still a nuisance but their work has prevented entry and when needed provide follow up without question and with integrity. I highly recommend them..RG

I am so appreciative of the job the technicians did to trap the squirrels in my attic, and repair the four entry points that the rodents had caused. I never knew how destructive they can be for a homeowner. I am very grateful to deal with a honorable company like Critter Patrol, because they stand by their lifetime warrenty. I have already referred them to a couple of people in the past, and I will continue to do so in the future. 11/7/11 In addition, I want to thank Jason for coming out after 3 years to locate and fix a hole caused by a squirrel. Plus, he pointed out a roof leak I was experiencing, and I had no ideal, since I've never been up in my attic. He was very professional and detailed in his work. Thank you Becky for squeezing me in during your busy season. Hopefully I won't need anymore help, but if I do, I can always count on Critter Patrol. I highly recommend their company. K Johnson

When we bought this house we had several issues. We called several companies to handle the rodents, but after talking with Becky, seleceted Critter Patrol. We have never regreted that decision. Over the years whenever we suspect an issue, they come right out and resolve any problem. We would highly recommend Critter Patrol. Say GoodBye to pests and Hello to piece of mind :)

We have hired Critter Patrol 4 years ago to get rid of our rat problem in the attic. Their first visit was fast, friendly and seemed professional. Unfortunately not even a year later we notice we still had the rats up there. We called Critter Patrol again. This time it took them just slightly longer to come out. Apparently they had not closed everything and they did some more work. Last year we found mice or rats in our kitchen as well. It was a nightmare to even get Critter Patrol to come out. Once they came and the mouse or rat had snatched the food from the trap within the hour. We called to let Critter Patrol now but nobody would come out to reset the trap. I was even told that we live all the way in PTC and that's why they can't come. Well, think about how far your clients out BEFORE you accept the business. End of story, we still have traps up in the attic, they never picked up the one in the kitchen either. We had to hire somebody else. We still have a attic full of rats PAID for their Lifetime service and they didn't get it done! I am very disappointed to say the least.

First I would like to say that I am Becky, I answer all customer calls and do the scheduling. I don't know who this review is from but I have never and would never tell a customer that they live in Peachtree City and it is too far for us to come. I don't know if this is a disgruntled employee or maybe someone that has us mixed up with another company whose name starts with Critter. I assure you that if you have our warranty no matter where you live it will be honored. We are a small family owned business and most of our business comes from referrals. If we did not do a good job and honor our warranty we would not be able to get the referrals and would be out of business. I have learned over the years of being in this business that the people that are happy very rarely leave a review. We have thousands of very satisfied customers and if you would like I can give you a list of customers you can call for referrals. I assure you that we take pride in making sure our customers are happy and willing to refer us to family and friends.
Tony and his team responded to a mice problem we had in our concession stand. We were getting ready for busy season and I needed it fixed ASAP! He came out right away, gave an extremely reasonable price and FIXED our problem. Everyone I interacted with at Critter Patrol was very professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Work was done promptly, follow up service was done timely and most importantly I have not seen a mouse or any evidence of mice in over a month!! I feel confident the problem has been fixed. I would recommend Critter Patrol to anyone that has "critter issues"

After publishing my previous review Critter Patrol went out of their way to set things right. They completed my house in a timely and professional manner and settled all questions that they still should be the first company to call when you need critter removal. Great job guys!

I am so sorry you have had problems. Please call so we can make sure you are taken care of. About not answering the phone, we are a small family owned business and we had a family tragedy recently that put us out of the office for awhile. We are back and business is going on. I am not sure why there was a problem with your follow up schedule but I will look into it and be assured that you will be taken care of.
