The long wait times is an indication that they overbook and underdeliver. You will wait over an hour just to be seen beyond your appointment time. Because of this you will not be listened to and your appointment will be rushed so they can get you out to see the next person. Its like an ASSEMBLY line of patients. In addtion to the long wait times, rude and unorganized staff, rushed appointments, perscription errors, and billing issues, the bedside manner is nothing short of dispicable. No smile, no one remembers your name, and no one cares. You're just a needle in a haystack. No matter how convenient this practive may appear, your experience will be pretty much the exact same as if you were going to renew your driver's license. Expect the worst here. Save yourself.

I've been going to the office of Dr. Crooker now for a little over a year. I've been treated well by(his physician's assistant). He has taken his time to see me and answer my questions. I've never met Dr. Crooker because I don't visit the office as often and I've never requested to see him. His office is close to my house and I found the people there to be courteous toward me.

I work in a medical office myself, on my rare off day i scheduled to see Dr. Crooker's Nurse prac. I was told to arrive early for paperwork, which I did. I signed in then proceeded to wait one hour, never spoken too, never asked to fill paperwork keep in mind this was my first appointment in this office. No one apologized for my wait.. nothing.. I did finally walk up to the desk where two office staff proceeded to talk in depth with one another while ignoring me!! I decided if this is how it will be in this office to be seen, i will find another doctor, i walked to the desk annouced that i was leaving and they said okay bye.. that was it.. in my office everyone would have been fired. for this type of behavior!!
