terrible office staff, attitude..!!
I work in a medical office myself, on my rare off day i scheduled to see Dr. Crooker's Nurse prac. I was told to arrive early for paperwork, which I did. I signed in then proceeded to wait one hour, never spoken too, never asked to fill paperwork keep in mind this was my first appointment in this office. No one apologized for my wait.. nothing.. I did finally walk up to the desk where two office staff proceeded to talk in depth with one another while ignoring me!! I decided if this is how it will be in this office to be seen, i will find another doctor, i walked to the desk annouced that i was leaving and they said okay bye.. that was it.. in my office everyone would have been fired. for this type of behavior!!
