Insurance Repair, 11/21/2009

Our car sustained damage after an T-Bone accident. Cross Roads Collision Center was the reccomended repair merchant by our insurance company. We were given an estimated date the car would be ready,... however the car was ready 4 days past that date. We were told it was due to parts not being available. The exterior body work was completed, however we have noticed as of late some problems with the vehicle that were not present prior to the accident. One of the problems is condensation on the inside of the vehicle. This is probably due to a leak "somewhere" on or in the car. The solution that was proposed by this buisness was to "run a shower head over the vehicle to find the leak". Having researched this with other mechanics and on the net--it is near to impossible to find leaks such as the one that I mentioned. My conclusion and opinion is that since Cross ROads is insurance preferred they may not be as impartial as they should be about repairs and are more interested in saving insurance companies money.
