Smoke and Mirrors
This dealership practrices the oldest sales tricks in the books. If you are a newer / first time buyer, BEWARE they use borderline ""criminal"" sales tatics. If you do find yourself thinking about purchasing at this dealership, read the contract / quote and ask important questions. They fail to explain things such as percentage rate and length of loan. The monthly payment may sound good, but , you need to realize how long you will be paying and how much interest you will be paying. They also lure you in with the ole ""bait and Switch"". Fair warning to my honest brothers that work hard for their money and expect the same from others..READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING....

Horrible Shady Service
Purchased new motorcycle beginning of November, never recieved title or registration so I called the state the end of January, and they said they had no records of my VIN or license plate number. Called Crossroads Motorsports to see if they sent the paperwork in and they said the secretary would call me back. She never did so I called a few more times and finally got ahold of her. She said the state was slow and they sent it in. Waited another week and called PennDOT (the state), they still had no record, but they told me to get the work ID number from the back of the returned check. Called Crossroads back, was told the secretary would call me back that same day, never did. Another week goes by so I call and ask for her, she gives me the word ID number, call PennDOT to verify, and they said they just received the information February 8th. So Crossroads took 3 FULL MONTHS to send my paperwork in (taxes, registration, and title info) and Im pretty much running in circles the whole time. Very shady, never returned calls, misleading sales tactics. Was told it would be 85 a month for 5 years. Well they did financing through a credit card so it was a minimum payment of 85 a month and total of 23 years if I just made the minimum.Go somewhere else for a bike.

Second to none
Purchased 3 bikes from Crossroads over the years. They always have a large inventory and the staff is great. I would recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a motorcycle. They are by far the best dealer in Pittsburgh

AVOID CROSSROADS MOTORSPORTS
Took a new (400 miles) 2008 FJR 1300 motorcycle in for an ignition recall, they kept it a week and xroads dented the gas tank and one of the exhaust cans and would not take responsibility for it. While they may have had good service in the past things have changed.

BEWARE they do not stay behind their work.

The owner suggested that I submit a claim to my insurance. I'm no expert but this sounds like insurance fraud.

If they are willing to suggest fraud, just think what they will do to you.

A money making business that does not understand that customer satisfaction makes money.
