We offer quality and reliable "neighborhood service".

We have always been happy with our service here. The team is very trustworthy - many times I have been prepared to pay for a repair but they've either advised against it or done something for free.

I needed the oil change package and after keeping the car for 7 hours, they did not deliver the promise: no oil filter changed, and no tire rotation. This is the 3rd time in a row when they conveniently "forgot" to perform the complete service to my car, which leads to concluding they do the same to others!

This place is a scam. You can't call and get a quote over the phone to repair an issue you've confirmed. You must bring the car in and have their tech look at it first and determine what he thinks the issue is. I'm not talking about a complex issue. All I needed was a rear wheel bearing replaced. Every other automotive shop will gladly give you a quote over the phone. Why is Crossroads afraid to do this?

Spent two weeks trying to get my cooling system repaired. They replaced the fan, the belts and the thermostat over a 10 day period. Finally; one of the geniuses there decided to check the radiator for a slow leak. It turns out the other items weren't necessary to begin with; but a new and expensive radiator was. When I asked for an adjustment for the unnecessary work; I was told it was part of "the diagnostic process." I'll take my car to a blind man next time.

We used Crossroads Automotive for years because of location. We've had several issues over the years, but could never really find a place as centrally located to us. Most recently they quoted me a price to fix something on our van. When I took it to a new place (Litz Automotive) down the road they told me not to pay to have it fixed as it was a recall item by the manufacturer. That's when I finally said I'd never go back to Crossroads.

I did business with Crossroads for a long time as it was so convenient. My last set of tires though they failed to align and said I had not asked them to. The tires were ruined in no time and had to be replaced at my expense. I have since taken my business elsewhere.

Having been a person that is used to working on his own car, I am very reluctant to take my car to be repaired. The people at Crosstown Automotive are very friendly, have great customer service and charge a very fair proce for their work. Several members of my family take their vehicles there to be repaired. They always do a fantastic job and are quite honest.

Darrell, Roger, John, Patrick, & the others at Crossroads Automotive provide prompt, friendly customer service. They are knowledgeable about automotive needs and give sound advice. Their computer system keeps up with past services performed, allowing the guys to give accurate advice about current conditions. My first trial of Crossroads Automotive for a simple oil change resulted in a positive impression. They changed my oil and told me when it was ready—what I expected and nothing else. Unlike most other places to which I had been for an oil change, they did not come to me with a bait-&-switch doom and gloom about other things to assert as being in dire need of immediate repair. They simply changed my oil. I know quite a bit about cars, having worked on and built many of them. I know better than to be fooled, but most folks get taken for a ride by shops that entice customers with a low-price oil change but hope to persuade them that their cars are near death and that they must pay more to fix something or other. At Crossroads, my experience over five years has been that, if you need an oil change, an oil change is what you will get. If they say you need something more, you can believe that it is true. The prices Crossroads charges for their services are not cheap. Their prices are, however, reasonable and their repairs work.
