We would not recommend Crossville Veterinary Hospital. We used Dr. Denning for a couple/few years and we were very happy with her initially, but over time her bedside manner changed and she became unkind and uncaring. Her once gracious office staff has gone thru a complete turnover and their personalized service has really suffered from it. It's too bad because we loved the home town feel her practice once offered. In talking to others we've also heard stories of pets dying needlessly while under her care. We've moved on and so glad we did. We love our new vet!

If you love and care about your beloved 4 legged fury family members, I highly recommend that you look for another local Veterinary Hospital. In my opinion, these people see this facility as a social hour rather then a serious Medical Practice.

Not sure how they get any good reviews. Brought my sweet puppy in to diagnose a rash on her paws that she kept biting at and after waiting for an hour the vet said she was stumped so they did lab work and sent me home with a ridiculously oversized cone. They said they'd call with results. Puppy got worse and we patiently waited over 4 weeks and NO FOLLOW-UP! I went in today and was ignored for 20 minutes then told the lab results came back negative. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone! My puppy is still suffering...now I have paid a very high bill and they will not offer a refund. Poor pet care!

I loved Dr. Denning and most of the staff at Crossville Vet Hospital, but Dr. M...something really needs to work on patient interaction. She called to give me results from blood work and told me there was "nothing horrible" to be reported. When I asked for clarification as to what "nothing horrible" meant, she proceeded to tell me she didn't have the results in front of her. Another 5 minutes on the phone proved nothing but irritating, since she still didn't have the results she'd called me to discuss in front of her. Seriously, everyone else in that office is amazing. Just avoid the one rotten egg, and you'll have a great experience too.

We've had several visits now, where we have not been able to be treated at Crossville Vet, where they've referred us to an Emergency Vet about 30 minutes away. I'm not sure if the two offices have a referral exchange agreement, but we have no need to go to a vet that cannot take care of our animals! Go elsewhere!

My husband and I moved to the Roswell area just over a year ago and found Crossville Vet and Dr. Denning through reviews on sites like this. Now that we've had an opportunity to get settled, we wanted to add to the list of great reviews. Since we moved, we've brought our dog in for two annual check-ups, a dental cleaning, and a mild cough. Every visit has been easy and pleasant, and we never felt like we were waiting forever or rushed. Dr. Denning has a very friendly, caring demeanor and has thus far provided helpful guidance regarding the care of our pets. She and her staff have also been more than helpful following appointments to help clarify any questions. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Denning provided urgent care for our terrier this morning. I was worried and emotional and was put at ease immediately by her confident and intuitive skills. We feel fortunate to have her beautiful hospital in our neighborhood. Fiona is much better already.

A friend recommended CVH when I was looking for a new vet. Dr. Denning is kind, caring and willing to listen to and answer all my questions. Karen at the front desk and the techs are just as kind and accommodating. My two dogs and I couldn't be happier with our decision to come to CVH!

I LOVE this place! I had taken my cat to another clinic called Loving Hands Animal Clinic and was quoted $1200 for the dental work and 6-8 tooth extractions she needed. Since I could not afford such a bill, I started shopping around for a more affordable option. When I called Crossville, they were very upfront with me about the prices of the care my cat would need. They quoted me $330 for comparable dental services, but all of it only ended up costing me $280! And get this: my cat actually needed 14 tooth extractions! So they literally did twice the work and charged me a third as much as the first place I went to. Aside from their affordable care, I loved Dr. Benning's style of practice. She is careful to listen to what you have to say, and she is such a sweetheart! Her vet tech was also very sweet, and she treated my cat so gently and calmly. They were happy to answer my questions and didn't seem in a hurry to get to their next client. Their wait times are short and their clinic is super cute and clean. And most importantly, my cat's health is much improved. I will definitely be going back.

We are the proud parents of four dogs and four cats. It has been our honor to know and have CVH as the caretakers of our pets. They have always been treated with love, dignity, and most of all honesty. Dr. Denning has bent over backwards to give our pets the best of care. Our pets are very important members of our family. CVH has always seen this and treated them accordingly. When one of our dogs was attacked, they provided immediate first aid and then kept very much in touch with us through the entire recovery, even going so far as calling during the night to give us love and support. It was and continues to be very appreciated. I can honestly say that I highly recommend them.

We have been taking our three dogs to CVH since it opened. Dr. Rosa Denning has such a gentle nature, and she truly puts all of my dogs at ease when we visit her. Check-ups are never rushed, like I've experienced at previous vets. I appreciate Dr. Denning's willingness to answer my questions fully and develop a relationship with me and my animals. My young child adds that Dr. Denning "loves my dogs and makes them very calm and never makes them stressed about shots."

Crossville Veterinary Hospital is an A+ place to bring your four legged family members. The facility is very clean, the doctor and techs are very knowledgable and the receptionist is top notch! It's also a plus that it always smells so nice in there!

Coda and Katie (my two awesome dogs) have been going to Dr. Denning since they were little pups. They have also been getting groomed by Angela. It is the best place to take your pets. Quality service and caring staff.
