I have a lot more to say than allowed here. So to be brief, 3 weeks& $450 after I broght it in it left in worse shape than when i brought it in. Worst thing was they fixed the original problem but now I have a computer with a screen that doenst work. So I will have to trash it and buy another one. No appoogies. Funny thing. They insisted on giving me a receipt noting "consulting" rather than the parts and labor. Covering thier tracks? Be careful.
