Crystal Cleaning: Maid Service & Carpet

Many months ago I had my ceiling repaired and the contractors left without cleaning up the white powder from the drywall job. I could write with my finger on the furniture due to how much dust was left.
I searched Kudzu and found Crystal Cleaning Services. The 2 cleaners came out and did the cleaning while I was out of town. I was a little concerned at the beginning to not be there while the work was being done, but I was amazed when I returned home and found that my house was the most clean it had ever been! I have Crystal Cleaning Service for 6 months now and I highly recommend to all of my friends. Love this housecleaning service! Staff is excellent, extremely friendly and accommodating. Their work is superb; they handled everything with such good care. And I can't recall the last time I had such good customer service. Its just great when you sign up for service and the rest is taken care of by professionals. A total relief!

I was quite skeptical about cleaning services. Many do crappy jobs and just take your money. But you can trust Crystal Cleaning, for they do a great job, customer service actually exists and is prompt and flexible. This is the real deal. No fake people, real hard working cleaners etc. No need to look for trustworthy cleaning services, for Crystal cleaning is THE ONE. Kudzu provide you the options (mostly lol) and Crystal cleaning proved to me to be the best, personally and not just through the internet that they are very professional and real. I researched online for weeks and by calling other maid/cleaning services but nothing matches the quality and most importantly, you can trust them. I believe Trust can be a huge issue since you let them in your home etc. Trust me, Trust Crystal Cleaning! Trust Nicholas and his team and trust his instant replies!

We just used them for the first time. We did the Deep Clean and we have never seen the house so clean. We will use them again, for sure because They take their time and done a great job. I love that they are very thorough in getting things done. Punctuality is key for me and they have delivered that.
Thank you for all the hard work.
Im very happy to say that they are the Best Cleaning Company in Atlanta for sure, as I use others companies before and haven't deliver even close to what Crystal Cleaning did.

I reside in Atlanta and have been using Crystal Cleaners for about 3 years. They have been performing great. I really do not have any complaints. Phone staff has been a pleasure to work with. They are always very responsive to my needs in scheduling, etc. The cleaning team is very detailed in their service. They always go out of their way to make me happy. Very reasonable prices also. I'm a very happy customer. Plus my 2 dogs love them also :)

I have been with this company for about one year. I did have some initial concerns with the days scheduled and time but Nicholas called me and we worked through the problems. Customer Service basics include the knowledge that a customer is more loyal if they have had a problem and it was fixed than if they have never had a problem at all. I am impressed with their customer service. The cleaning quality is great and their price cant be beat.
