What a huge difference good water can, 6/11/2012

What a huge difference good water can make! I just recently had Culligan of Morrisville NC install a water softener and filter system in my house. I have to admit I only did it because my wife... wanted this. But if I would have known how much this soft water helped my dry skin I would have done it years ago. This sounds silly but I actually look forward to taking showers now simply because the water feels so good. My neighbor has a Culligan unit in their home for the last 15 years so even it it only lasted half that long I would be more than happy. I normally don't write reviews but I am so impressed I had to share.

Under New Ownership, 4/16/2011

Triangle Water Service (Culligan Water) is now under new ownership and is almost fully staffed! I understand there has been service issues in the past and we are working very hard to rectify any... issues that may have occured. Service is a joke.

The service is basically ""whenever we have a repair dude in your area he will call you."" They don't even give you a day. The repair guy called my cell phone and said: ""If you will be home in the next 30 mins or so I can swing by and look at your softner"" It would take me longer than that just to drive from work, and yeah, more notice would be great. I guess I would have to tell my boss, screw this important meeting, I have to haul ass on I540 and meet the culligan dude. Pathetic.

Culligan Water of the Triangle

I've had nothing but good service and kind responses from these folks at Culligan of the Triangle. They are busy, and I am a single customer, but they respond to me very well. They are a small group and therefore are not always able to answer the telephone immediately - but neither am I! They have never ever failed to fulfill a request within a matter of days and I highly reccomend them. Just be kind and patient and treat them the way you would like to be treated -- you'll be glad you did! :)

No Response to ANY Request

I grew up with 'Hey Culligan Man' ads so when we decided to get a water cooler for the office I naturally called Culligan. I have emailed via their website to request a quote - zero response. I have called the office, both to request a quote and information on cooler options. No quote. No information. No service. Pass this company by. They don't care about service - before OR after (reference the previous post by ghudgins) the sale!

NO RESPONSE TO SERVICE REQUEST

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A USED UNIT MADE BY CULLIGAN, SPOKE TO CS TO SCHEDULE A VISIT TO TEST IT ETC. CS WAS EVEN ABLE TO CALL-UP THE UNIT UNDER THE INITIAL PURCHASER, I WAS TOLD A SERVICE TICKET WAS MADE BUT NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP. I HAVE HAD THE UNIT INSTALLED FOR WEEKS AND STILL NO CALLS. I HAVE CALLED THEM 4-TIMES ASKING TO GET ME SCHEDULED, AGAIN FOR FOLLOW-THRU. SINCE THIS IS NOT ANOTHER 3K SALE FOR THEM THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE I HAD NUMEROUS OPTIONS BEFORE CHOOSING EVEN A USED WATER SOFTENER, AND I SELECTED CULLIGAN. AND I HAVE CALL THE CULLIGAN MAN WITHOUT ANY RESULTS.
