Cultural Care Au Pair was founded in 1989 and has placed more than 55,000 au pairs since then. Each au pair is carefully screened before being placed with a family, and will provide not only childcare services, but also a unique exposure to another culture.
We are starting into our fourth year with Cultural Care and have been very happy with them. Our second au pair did not work out and not only did they remove her from our home they found a replacement within days so we had uninterrupted childcare. Families have to be careful about choosing thier au pair just as if they would be careful about hiring a nanny, but the flexiblity and cost of an au pair can't be beat.

Cultural Care is a for profit company that lacks customer service. Once you pay you will not be provided support if your au pair does not work out. The Local Coordinators are more intersted in placing au pairs in new families once they arrive to make more money. Meanwhile, families that have already paid are left without child care. I would recommend another company, Great Au Pair. Great Au Pair provides much better service than Cultural Care.
