Cultural Care Au Pair?s childcare and cultural exchange program offers your family flexible, live-in childcare with a unique international perspective. Your au pair lives with you as a member of your family and your children benefit from a one-to-one relationship with a committed and caring live-in companion. All Cultural Care au pairs are between the ages of 18 and 26, proficient in conversational English and have documented childcare experience.
The average weekly cost for an au pair is $315, regardless of the number of children in your family. Your au pair will care for your children and do light housekeeping related to the children, for up to 45 hours a week, and up to 10 hours a day.
Local support for live-in care-giving relationships is rare. But Cultural Care is dedicated to supporting both the host family and their au pair. Local Childcare Coordinators such as myself, are available to help with any issues you or your au pair may be facing.
