Called late this afternoon because one of my A/C units stopped working. Tim came out today replaced one small part and fixed it. Also asked him to check my other unit, all checked out. As usual didn't try to sell me on anything other than handling my immediate need. Cunningham Associates/Tim are on my quick dial :) Excellent job!!!!!

Cunningham never lets me down. I feel like they're looking out for me and want to help any way they can. Today I had an electrician in to give an estimate for running a line for a new ductless unit on my office, and Cunningham happened to be in the area and stopped by to help make sure he knew what was needed. I didn't coordinate it, they did. I LOVE MY HVAC GUYS. They set the bar that every other service I use is measured against. If they serve your area, HIRE THEM. You won't regret it.

I was able to schedule an service call within a couple days. The technician, Sean Patterson was knowledgeable and very efficient. The price was reasonable for the work completed.

Sadly, Neighbors Heating and Air, a company we had used in past years for service was absorbed by Cunningham Associates. We were told this upfront, but didn't realize that this meant the kind of service we had come to expect from Neighbors had died with the company. This past Labor Day weekend our entire heating and cooling system failed. We had been concerned about this has the condenser had frozen up a couple of days prior and we had Cunningham out to check on things and proactively diagnose what to do. Coolant had just been added a month previous, and more coolant needed to be added. We were told there was probably a leak and we'd need a new system. This was Thursday, the air was still working - though not well. We were charged for the visit and the coolant ($150 - and paid on the spot as per usual). Saturday the system had frozen again and the associate came back to assess the issue. There was nothing they could do to help as it was the weekend. Low and behold five days later we received a bill in the mail this time, for $110 dollars for the Saturday visit in which the associate showed up - and did nothing. We've never been billed by mail before, especially not for a recheck when we had just paid for services only a day before. We ended up getting a new system through a company with much better customer service, financing options and quality of work. I advise against Cunningham, they are not what Neighbors Heating and Air used to be.

I am a consulting engineer in the building design field, and am used to working with contractors. I also know how to do my homework on systems and contractors. I was impressed with Bob Cunningham when he came to give me a quote on a replacement system. He listened to my questions and answered them well. Both me and my wife were very happy with the guys who came out to do the work. They were professional, conscientious, and friendly. They installation looks great and the system is working great.

Cunningham Associates consistently provides outstanding HVAC maintenance service, repair, and installation. Having lived in the Atlanta area for 50 years, numerous HVAC companies have provided HVAC service to my home and my parent's home down through the years. And Cunningham Associates is simply the best. They have done a consistently superior job in servicing and maintaining my home's 28 year old HVAC system on numerous occasions, resolving a noticeable and troubling recurring airflow problem caused by my home's initial construction, and most recently, installing a new HVAC system. You will not find a more conscientious, customer focused, and knowledgeable HVAC person than Mark McKee, co-owner. And, their entire staff is top-notch from the person who answers their phone to their service technicians and installers. They are responsive, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. You will certainly receive a high return on your HVAC investment by utilizing Cunningham Associates. They will exceed your expectations; they are simply the best.

I called about 6 AC repair companies today at 3pm and Cunningham Assoc. was the only one able to fix the problem on the same day. Good customer service and repair.

I have had Cunningham out to do work on my air conditioner 3 times. The first 2 were great, but the latest was unprecidented. I came home around 2 pm on a Friday and could immediately tell that my A/C had stopped working. I called them immediately and to my suprise, they got someone out there that night. Not a 5 or even 6, he was there at 7 pm on a Friday night. We are so appreciative of the work they did and the fact that they came out within hours amid the worst August heat we have ever had.
