The range is under new ownership, and the attitude change is obvious. The staff is happier (and friendlier), the inventory and selection is expanded, and they're now offering classes, from CCW to tactical pistol classes. There's even a Tuesday night competitive shoot after the range closes. I'm a huge fan of the range since the changes.

Great place to shoot, it's family friendly with excellent customer service. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, their prices are competitive as well. I had a great experience and highly recommend trying it out for yourself.

This store opened in the middle of 2010 and is still relatively new as of this writing. Store is still growing in inventory, that is for certain. What the store does not lack is friendly staff and intolerance for yahoos who come in with attitudes which endanger themselves or others. They place safety above all, which is what I appreciate when I bring friends, family, and employees to shoot with me. Those who complain should keep in mind that this is someone else's store and if you want to shoot there you need to follow their rules. Hey, I don't like the "no rapid fire" rule as much as the next shooter, but I obey it because it's their "house rules". Although this is no Scottsdale Gun Club, it is my preferred place to shoot due to their emphasis on safety and proximity to my residence and work. I think their range ventilation is very good as well, which is something else I appreciate.

I went to Cunninghams yesterday. Shot 100 plus rounds at increasing distances. Put on new target and moved it to the stop. Shot 5 rounds and attempted to retrieve target. It was jammed. I went to counter told them of problem, they placed me on a new lane and I had to ask for a new target. When I finished they wanted to make me pay for the new target which I needed because of their equipment malfunction.I was informed that I was at fault for running the target too far down range. I mentioned that there was no warming of the problem their response was that they already had lots of signs though none relating to this problem. Bottom line I was not charged the 75 cents and was asked never to return. That will be easy and I hope to convince all my shooting friends to do the same. In my 35 + years of retail management one of many things are learned was that it was much cheaper to keep a customer than find a new one. With customer service like this I would not suggest buying an annual membership

I have been there a couple of times and they make you feel like you are part of a family. Very welcoming, gave me a discount because I was a vet, and offered me great advice as to where to find stuff that they did not have in stock. It's the perfect range for this location.
