Nothing but good things to say... The service man from Curtis Total Service came out for a tune up on my existing 30 year old A.C. Unit was extremely knowledgeable. He was patience with all my questions. I ended up buying a new unit. Another Service tech came out two days later for the installation. Work was quick and the guys did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Thank Curtis Total Service!!!!!!!

Our heating went out vernight in freezing temps and my husband called Curtis Total Service and we were told a guy would be at our house between 12-4. The Curtis guy showed up at 1pm and found the problem and fixed it right away. We were so happy!

These guys are just amazing. I needed a plumbing repair done right away. I called them and that same afternoon I had a plumber come and fix a cracked pipe.

We had a leak in our water heater. I called Curtis Total Service from the add in the Phonebook. They sent a plumber to my house who checked the water heater and made a few suggestions. I made the decision based on his suggestion and he started working right away. I was happy with his workmanship. I felt he took time to explain everything. The work was done professionaly and I will definitely call the next time I'm in a plumbing emergency.

My hot water heater broke 2 years after Curtis installed it. Even though the heater was still under warranty, they said they would charge me $1100 to change out the old for the new even though it would only take 2 hours. This was more than the original parts+labor was. When I asked the manager to explain this discrepancy he said "That's just what the price is." WAY OVERPRICED. Poor workmanship. STAY AWAY.

This company is as good as it gets. I called Curtis Total Service on Sunday morning after waking up and finding my bathroom tub still clogged (after 2 bottles of drano). The technician explained their service call charge on a Sunday compared to Monday so I decided to hold off until first thing in the morning on Monday. He came first thing in the morning and snaked my tub drain and was out the door. He was personable, polite and any plumber that brings shoe covers is a friend of mine.

My sewer backed up just before bedtime, and I was planning to head out of town for a long Labor Day weekend first thing in the morning. A call to Curtis Total Service gave me the option of engaging their 24 hour emergency service. I made contact at 9PM, their truck arrived before 1000PM, and by 11PM the problem was fixed and I went back to bed and was able to leave first thing in the morning! Responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise deserve these five stars!

The toilet in our master bedroom wouldn't stop running. Not only was it annoying to hear all night but it was running up our water bill. My husband and I are not the "handy" type so even what may seem like a simple fix is beyond us. We decided to call Curtis Total Service. The technician was really polite and understanding. He was literally in and out in like 15 minutes. Apparently it was just changing a couple parts and tightening some others. But he didn't laugh at us or make us feel dumb for not being able to handle it ourselves. He even explained what he was doing to my husband so hopefully in the future he will be able to fix it himself. But I'm pretty sure we will be calling Curtis Total Service again - better safe than sorry!

Do not EVER use Curtis Total Service, Inc for any home repair service!!!! They charge $77.00 just to come out to "look" then wanted to charge us over $400.00 to snake clogged drain. We told them no and to leave. Not even 1 week later we get a certified letter from an attorney's office billing us for $227.00! I called Curtis Total Service, and was told I need to talk to the attorney. I said we never got a bill and I would bring her the $77, she said we have to deal with the Attorney. Called attorney, had to leave a message. This is horrible service! Terrible Company!

I called Curtis Total Service because my furnace was not running. The contractor added water to system and began to up sell me on service agreements. They billed me for Service Call $77, for Diagnostic $158, and $277 for balancing the system. Adding water and bleeding pipeline. An hour after he left furnace stop running. Having spent the night with no heat I called another company who repair the problem, which was a faulty primary control. System ran like a gem the rest of winter. Having tried to reach Curtis Total Service to complain, with no result, I stop payment on check. After 18 days Curtis TotalService Operational Manager finally contacted me. I told him of problem and told him I would pay him $77 for service charge. He stated that wasn't satisfactory. I sent him check for $77. This resulted in Curtis Total Service turning the collect over to Gross McGinley law firm. The lawyer for this firm had no desired to settle this issue even though she was contacted by the Pa, Attorney General Office. She was more concern with esculating the case to a Jury Trial while requesting $1000 judgment for her legal fee.
