Disorganized and poor workmanship.
Hired company to replace existing glass shower enclosure, add custom cut mirrors over bathroom vanities, add custom cut beveled glass frames over bathroom vanity mirrors, and install custom cut antique glass mirror to back of built in book case. They scheduled an intallation using 1 person for a job they thought would take three hours that would have taken 2-3 people 6 hours to complete. Beveled glass frames were not mitered correctly. Placed plastic (instead of glass) electric outlet on mirror that was too large. Cut antique mirror incorectly. Gave company a second chance to get it right and still they screwed up the installation - shower was not cut correctly, did not fix poor miter job on custom beveled glass frames, and antiqued glass still cut wrong. Also, quality of shower was builder grade. DON"T USE this company unless you want poor quality and have time to waste for them to make mulitple trips trying to get it right.
