Love Custom Shutters by Design
We have been ordering shutters from Custom Shutters by Design for almost 20 years. They are a a solid company with excellent sales and installation service. Always on time, if not early, quick installation and a high quality shutter, AND prices have stayed the same for all this time! We have never had a problem with any aspect of the product or the process. It is rare these days to use a residential vendor that exceeds expectations and does exactly what they say they will do. Highly recommend these great people to anyone!

They are the BEST!
We have purchased these shutters for two homes over the span of 17 years. The shutters are exceptional, quality is outstanding, service is best we've ever encountered in any service arena! We wanted to change the original color of quite a few shutters when we changed the color scheme of the rooms involved. They did this for us with no inconvenience to us and in a most expeditious manner! What a joy to work with all the people at Custom Shutters By Design! We've recommended their product to numerous people, all of whom have been extremely happy with the product design,the quality and the interface with the people.

You want cheap shutter's.do not call these folks. These guys are high quality all the way! This company has been in business for many years, which says plenty in these lean times. Quality and service equals longevity!...

Beautiful Shutters
We built a home 11 years ago and put plantation shutters on all 29 windows. We absolutely love them! The quality is outstanding. This is actually the 2nd house we've had their shutters in. They are so easy to clean and maintain. I simply use a damp cloth and it takes only a minute to clean an entire window! I highly recommend Custom Shutters By Design.
