I wouldnt give any stars if it would let me. Very rude staff. Even the manager Glen is careless to his customers concerns and well being. Called in my superscription and came to pick them up a week later before going out of town. They never filled my scripts and gave no concern that I needed my asthma medication right away. Manager Glen acknowledged that it was their fault for not doing this, but offered no resolution to the problem. Even the pharmacist shrugged his shoulders at me, as well as Sassary the tech that was "helping" me. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE. And have transferred my services elsewhere.

Like the google folks, I think this is the worst in all of Atlanta. The management was horrible. Told my coupon was fake. Call customer service to confirm my coupon. The district manager was prompted to call me by cvs customer service. He did call but to say they didn't know what they were talking about. I called cvs customer service again, and they informed the regional manager. I got a call from the store manager to come by and get my $20 back that my coupon was indeed real. I have never been accused of making my own coupon. I was offended. I have since found a Rite Aid just down Collier. This particular management is a poor reflection on CVS as a whole.

I can't believe I am the first to report that the CVS located across the street from Piedmont Hospital is by far the best CVS in intown Atlanta. They are fast, reliable and helpful in the pharmacy and they do a great job of keeping the shelves stocked and seasonal items streaming in. Plus they are open 24 hours.
