I've been a customer for awhile and have had nothing but excellent service. I'm not crazy about some of the products they sell, but if I can find what I want, I'll get it there. Most recently they were extremely helpful when trying to get my helmet communicator to work. They took their time, got in touch with manufacturers technical support and managed to solve the problem. I'll keep going back for sure!

Called Cycle Gear and asked if they change tires and they said yes. I go in a couple days later. When I walk in, everyone behind the counter looks at me like I'm a leper. As soon as I walk up to the counter, the "help" looks at the people behind me and asks if they need help. Of course, they all point to me. The "help" then tells me I have to wait until he helps everyone else. Luckily one of the guys in line told me about Two Brothers down the street. Two Brothers was much cheaper as well.

I was looking for a helmet so I decided to check this place out. While I was there no one even bothered to say hello or ask if I needed any help. I was there for a while before deciding to leave because of the lousy customer service. They didn't have the helmet I wanted but if they did I wouldn't bother to buy it because of the extreme unprofessionalism.
