Honest Service
I felt compelled to write this review after being treated honestly and fairly by Cycle Specialty’s Service manager Robby. I have been dealing with CS for many years. Mainly for tire service and aftermarket items as I ride an old airhead that never dies. But this year after having my new tires installed I got a rear flat so I pulled the wheel off and had CS change the tube. They said that they could find no cause for the flat but after two weeks (mainly sitting in the garage) I got another flat so I pulled the wheel again and had CS replace the tube and this time they did find the tip of a very short nail in the center of the tire but it was so small you could only feel it but not see it. So Robby decided that this second tube and labor would be no charge for me. But he just as easily could have said that that nail was new but he didn’t or he could have pulled the nail and said nothing. That is a great demonstration of integrity that I won’t soon forget. By giving a customer the benefit of the doubt it will pay off by word of mouth and continued patronage on my part. I do appreciate the service and quality of work at Cycle Specialty. Joe M.

Great for ordering parts, but dont recommend them working on your ride!
O.K tried this shop two times with two different bikes, both repairs were sub-standard. First was an oil seal leak somewhere that was not repaired. They had the bike for a 1 1/2 months adjusted valves and fix leak I guess they adjusted the valves, second bike do yamaha recall work Tranny and thorttle, I got the bike back two weeks after planned pick up date, I keep finding missing parts and I now have a strange sound on the motor they ask me to being it back in but I think I'm done with them touching my bikes!
