Great Service and Customer Service, 5/29/2015

I have had nothing but fantastic service for the last 6 years with Cycle Works. They have great customer service; especially Kelsi who helped me obtained a new recycling bin recently.


HORRIBLE!!!, 5/22/2015

HORRIBLE!!! They routinely miss my trash pickup! I don't understand how, I live in a neighborhood that is a circle, one way in and one way out. They have missed 3 out of the last 8 weeks. I call and... complain, they apologize and say they will get someone out tomorrow to pick it up and they still don't come! My trash comes on Monday and it is now Friday and they still haven't picked it up!!! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB

Great Service and Customer Service

The worst!

Worst customer service ... EVER! When they picked up my trash Friday, they tore the lid off the can. An employee of a reputable company would have retrieved the lid and re-installed it, but not these guys. They just left it sitting there lidless, in the rain. I call Cycle Works and they say, we'll bring a new can NEXT Friday. I pointed out that it was their mistake and that it was going to rain heavily for the next several days. Oh well, too bad for me! I called and actually had the rare opportunity to speak to someone in management (good luck with that one on a usual day). She promised me that they would have a replacement can out by the end of the day. The end of WHICH day??? The can still sits lidless at the end of my driveway, collecting rain to mix in with the garbage stew at the bottom. This is not the first time I've had troubles with this company but it will be the last. I will be firing them tomorrow and hopefully hiring a garbage company that understands customer service. Bottom line, stay away from these amateurs.

No Longer

Cycle works sold off our area to Advanced Sanitation. Both companies say a letter was sent out to all customers. If so why are there 11+ customers in our small subdivision with their garbage out waiting for the pick up that will never come? Calling both gets one no where. "Sorry, you should of received a letter". Sorry, you are not in the computer" tell you anything. Stay away

Great Serivice

After the continual rate increases from Waste Management it was time for a change after 8 years! Cycle Works has great rates and service. Wish more people would post about good service too. It seems only people that want to gripe and whine post here. Nobody is perfect and neither are you. Keep up the good work Cycle Works! PS.....I sure WM loses more customers because they are so big a few customers don't mean anything to them!

This company has fantastic customer service! The ladies are polite and always ready to answer any questions I have. Their trash and recycling pick-up schedule is very effiecient. Cycle Works Sanitation is a pleasure to work with!!

Terrible Customer Service

My former sanitation company pulled out of my area, and I was stuck with Cycle Wworks and their horrible service. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I was never advised that I had a new provider, never advised of the new pick-up day, and never received a bill. I then got a call that my bill was 60 days past due, even though they had never even picked up from me. I had already paid the former company, who was supposed to forward my payment to Cycle Works, but Cycle Works claimed they never got it, and it was my problem to straighten out. I immediately canceled them and went with another provider. I refuse to start a new relationship like that. After reading these reviews, I'm glad I decided to ditch them. I sent them an email telling them to pick up their container, but they still haven't shown up to get it.

Cheap but equally terrible service.

Trash cans left in the middle of the street or tipped over, or left open on a rainy day, garbage left at the bottom of the trash can, no trash pickup one day for no apparent reason, .. list goes on. Will be switching back to a slightly pricier company who can actually provide a proper service, really fed up with them!

Unreliable. Terrible service!

They will miss the trash or miss the recycling, every single week. We have seen them throwing the recycling in the trash truck. We have spoken to them so many times about it and they don't seem to care to improve. Not worth doing business with them. Terrible.

Yeah they're cheap but miss way too many weeks, in fact they have missed 3 times this quarter, and that's so far. Do yourself a favor and get someone else.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just called to cancel my service with Cycleworks because we have been very unhappy with the Customer Service. We have had several missed pickups over the last few months. We have not received a bill TWICE. Worst of all, when I call to get answers I rarely actually get someone on the other line. I called every hour yesterday starting at 8:00-4:00 to see when my next bill was due and only received a recording that Cycleworks was CLOSED (on a Thursday!). I proceeded to call a few other companies in the Acworth area to see if they missed pickups due to the weather or holidays and was informed that they DID NOT. I understand the weather was cold and I would not want my employees out either. However, they should have worked longer hours the warmer days to get the missed pick-ups. 2 weeks of no trash pick-up is unacceptable! I was also able to get someone on the line immediately with the other companies I called. Therefore, I called Cycleworks to cancel (after being put on hold for 8 minutes). After cancelling and asking for a refund, I was hung up on! I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of it being resolved for future customers. I understand it is “just trash” as it was explained to me on the phone; however, I am paying for a service and expect to receive that service. We chose this company because our neighbors recommended it. There are only 2 other houses that use this company now and they are unhappy.

Never shows up to empty trash

This company is a rip off. Our trash is supposed to be picked up on Thursdays. We have to call them almost every single week because they don't show up. Then they won't come out until Saturday. It is now Monday and our cans are still sitting at the curb because they still haven't emptied them. They have told me every day since Thursday that they will schedule a pickup for that day. When I tell them that they still haven't emptied my cans they tell me that they show that they were emptied. Perhaps I should show them a picture of the difference between empty and full cans. Shouldn't they know that already?
