Cycle Works Sanitation

Two price increase in less than a year. Call them when the first increase occurred and they did not return my call. They offer low prices to get you to switch and then they raise their prices. December 2010 bill another increase. Searching for another company.

I would not recommend this service, Customer service? Hah, what customer service the CSR I spoke with was very rude, asked to speak with a manager, when I was on hold for more than 20 min. I finally hung up, called back asked to speak with the owner and he was rude as well. The service was horrid, got my trash picked up 5 times in 3 months. I do not recommend this service to any one.

Cycle Works became my HOA's preferred trash service and they have done a great job! No issues, on time, and reliable billing. So much better than the "Big Boy" WM.

Cycle Works took over the service in my subdivision three years ago and I am very pleased with the service. They are always on time; have no fluid spills; cleanup if a can spills; bill on time and with plenty of time in advance. Great Service from a locally owned and operated company!

After two weeks of skipping my house, I attempted to call the office to find out the problem. The line is constantly busy and when I did get an answer, I was immediately on hold and hung up on twice. I finally got through to a very nice person and found out a clerking error had me as "moving". A broken promise was made that my trash would be picked up that day. I'm cancelling ASAP.
