Ever since my wife and I have been going to D&G, we have had nothing but a great experiance. I get sent with a shopping list and when ever I need help, they have the staff to support me. I just went in with a project and needed to think outside of the box for the right tool to use. After explaining what I needed, the "OWNER" (great ladie) helped me out. I have no midea why any one would go to any other shop. The Staff (Team) at D&G has always been great. My wife and I have desided that the internet is not the place for customer service, D&G is.

They are very well stocked in a variety of supplies for restaurants, bakers etc. Fondant, gum paste,etc. But don't expect to be able to return or exchange anything with a receipt. Expect the doors to be closed 5-10 minutes before their listed closing time (This has happened more than twice to me) and don't think of using debit or credit below $20. (Yeah, its THAT kind of establishment.) And they hike the prices pretty high. I think I'm going to stick with the Internet and Jesters on SOBT (even though its a 40 minute hike).

Everything in 'shadeofmyheart's review after the first sentence is completely false. The store does accept returns within our posted guidelines. The store has never closed its doors before the posted closing time. We have always accepted cards below $20, but not below $10(which is legal to help small businesses reduce their credit card swipe and processing fees.) I am planning my daughters baby shower and this place has almost everything I would need, from decorations and plates and cups to candy and snacks. It is all really inexpensive and the staff is great.
