I was in your Marietta store on Sunday, Janaury 11th to have 17 charms placed on a bracelet - first of all, I want to say that Meredith and Stephen were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. Stephen suggested having the charms lasered onto the bracelet so they wouldn't come off; something I didn't even know could be done. Charm bracelets are such a personal/memory-filled item - I was thrilled that having the charms permanently affixed was something that could be done - thank you for the suggestion and for a great experience.

After going to 5 other jewelers in the area, I am glad I ended up here! The staff was extremely helpful, especially Richard Frazier. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they helped me filter through all of the designers and settings. Once I decided on the perfect setting, they were able to show me an array of stones to make the perfect combination for my budget. I never felt pushed one way or another, and definitely never felt pressured to buy something outside of what I could afford. They offer the same lifetime warranties as everyone else in the industry, so I felt comfortable when it came to making my final decision. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, and it will be our first stop for wedding bands and any other jewelry in the future. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Richard, he made the whole process of selecting and purchasing simple.

If you are seeking great service and even better prices, search no further than D.Geller & Son. My fiancee and I attended the bridal event this past Saturday at the Kennesaw location and I am in LOVE with this place. They were so nice and helpful. I am a customer for life. I appreciate the attentiveness and integrity of the salesperson that assisted us. He made it clear that he was not working for commission and that all of D.Geller and Sons' employees are salaried. That made me feel so much better because instantly I knew that the satisfaction he received from helping a happy couple was genuine. If only their customer service could be duplicated throughout other industries. Don't go anywhere else for your jewelry needs!! Give D.Geller and Son a chance. You won't regret it.

Went to Barrett Parkway Kennesaw store Sept 4th after shopping 7 other places. Found exact diamond I wanted at half the price of other stores. Ring I wanted was no longer in production and they are having it made for me at less than other stores charge for similar items. Did not know this option existed, and was not offered it anywhere else. Best shopping experience I have ever had.

My husband and I just happened upon their store hoping they could help me with my 38 year old wedding set which was missing a little diamond. It had been resized a few times (we all know that rings shrink, right?) and the band was a bit thin. The sales rep was willing to replace the diamond and fix the prongs on the rest and also resize my husband's shrunken band as well. No pressure at all to "upgrade." Then my eyes strayed and we talked about putting my marquis diamond in another setting. We looked at a couple of them and I saw THE setting!! There was some "negotiating" but the price was very fair. We checked my diamond and found an identifying mark on it and it was noted. I was able to go to lunch and a couple other errands while they made my new rings. To my delight it was ready when we showed up, my diamond was the one in the setting and my husband's 38 year old inexpensive band shown brightly!! It was such a nice experience and I got teary eyed when I was asked how we got engaged. It was like I was a new bride again. Great staff, wonderful atmosphere and a very pleasant experience. I WILL recommend D. Geller & Son. It was a very nice surprise!

So the time had come to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Orginally I was not planning on checking out D. Geller & Son due to the poor on-line reviews. I shopped all the major jewelers in the Atlanta area (Shane, H&A, Jared, etc) but wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. I made the decision to check out D. Geller & Son and am glad that I did. By the time I picked out a ring and diamond, and it was all said and done,no other jeweler even came close to the price I paid. I was able to get a certified stone with the same or better cut, color, and clarity that I was looking at with other jewlers for much less than anywhere else. Did I have to haggle over price? Yes. Did I almost walk out empty handed? Yes. Do they have the nicest showroom that I visited? No. However, when it came down to it, they offered me the most for my money by far. I don't think I would recommend it as the first place you go. But if you know what you are looking for and have shopped around - you can really get a great deal. Don't be emotional or intimidated by the pressure. They worked hard to make the deal happen and I respect that.

Great experience once again. Was looking for a certain diamond pendant but they did not carry it. They were able to make me a replica of the pendant that I wanted that looked just like the picture and saved me over $300. I highly recommend D. Geller to anyone wanting good quality diamonds at a great price.

I was in the market for a wedding band for my soon to be husband and after shopping around came to D.Geller&Son and they didn't just match the competitors price they beat it by $50! They have made a customer for life out of me and I advise you stop here before making your next jewelry purchase!

I had a beautiful solitaire that I wanted to reset into a new setting, and came to this location to look at their selection. I found a ring but continued to shop at other stores because I liked it but I did not LOVE it. After going to Jared and receiving what might have possibly been the worst customer service I have ever had, and Shane which did not have the selection of mountings I was looking for, I returned to D Geller & Son. This time, I found the most amazing setting in white and yellow gold with canary diamonds. Everyone in the store was genuinely interested in helping me and and took personal interest in making sure I was happy with the ring. No sales pitch, no desperate employee looking to make a commission (like Jared), no pressure. I got the most AMAZING deal on the price of the ring and am elated with the way it looks. I came back 3 hours later and the ring was set, cleaned, engraved, and ready to go immediately! NO WAIT and everything was complimentary, NO added fees! They even redid the rhodium on my wedding band which they did not have to do :) Jared wanted to charge you for everything!!! The warranty, to set the stone, engrave it, etc etc. Beth, Stephen, Connie, and Tiffany are all amazing and if you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience I strongly encourage you to go to this location and allow them to help you! You will NOT be sorry :) This was a big deal for me and they really made this experience one I will cherish forever.

I went to D. Geller to shop for a special ring to celebrate my 10-year anniversary. They pressured me to buy the very first diamond they brought out. Even to my amateur eye, it was lackluster. Only when I thanked them and got ready to leave, did they bring out nicer stones. I let them pressure me into putting money down on a diamond and a setting. I wanted an unusual mounting, but they assured me they could do it and make it look wonderful. They did such a terrible job mounting it, not once, not twice, but three times. The third time was close to my anniversary, and I was worn down, so I took it and left. Now, the diamond is loose and I am researching Kudzu for a place to repair it. The other thing that bugged me is that the ring was never ready when I came in to pick it up, even after calling to confirm that it was ready. The last time, I waited over 30 minutes for them to go back and get it -- they told me they were just doing a final cleaning on it. I'm pretty sure the rush job contributed to its poor quality.

My wife lost her wedding set from 1976 several years ago. I wanted to try and find the orginal rings since she loved them so much. I was unsuccessful until I walked into D. Geller & Son. Bobby Barron said they could duplicate the ring. We came to terms and I had a good feeling about the deal. I picked up my rings today 6/23 ahead of schedule. I could not believe it! I can not wait for the big date! The rings are exquisite you would never know they are not her orginal set that match my wedding band. Great company and people!

Came here with my fiance, read bad reviews but decided myself to give them a shot. The staff was pretty laid back and very informative about the diamonds they showed me. The place isn't very fancy to look at yet I have to admit they seemed very educated. The warranty was rather impressive and they didn't charge me any fees or extended warranties which surprised me. We sat and waited while they mounted everything for my sweetheart and she almost broke down in tears after seeing the ring when it was done. That is something she will never forget, we love dgellar and will spread the good word.

I have had two(of 2) great experiences here. Their prices can't be beat and the service is outstanding. I purchased a swiss watch there that I saw for twice the price at a high end store in buckhead. Additionally, they made a custom ring for my wife with our diamonds and charged no setting fee, only the band. They are quick to bargain and very helpful. I won't go anywhere else for jewelry.

After purchasing a $15,000 engagement ring in NYC for my now wife, I went to D Geller to purchase our wedding bands. They ended up selling us our bands at nearly half price and the quality is poor (I guess you get what you pay for?). Right after I purchased the wedding bands (and they hadnt fallen apart yet), I went in to purchase a pearl necklace for my then fiance. I wasnt sure if she would like the dark pearls I was being shown but the sales person GUARANTEED I could return them if she didnt like them. Turns out, she hated them and when we took them back, they would not give me a refund. They said I could exchange the pearls if I wanted to. Even though the pearls were originally priced at $390, I paid $150 and when it was time to get "store credit" they were only willing to give me $150 off the over inflated regular prices on their other jewelry. As a matter of fact, they sold me a sterling silver bracelet for $170 (looks like it is sold at Clares for $20) and made me pay the $20 difference. I will never, ever go back to D Geller. Their jewelry is sub-quality, service is pushy, prices are way overinflated so they can "give you a deal". I suggest you avoid this place at all cost.

I am the General Sales Manager of D. Geller And Son Jewelers, and have worked here for over 20 years. Our customer service is second to none, and we are always striving to improve. With that in mind, we have searched our records and interviewed employees at all three of our locations, and can find no information or memory of anything like this. Despite what i saw on these reviews, we decided to take a trip to the Smyrna store a couple of weeks ago. I had no issues..? I got what i needed at a reasonable price and left. I was not pushed into buying anything. To all that read this, I think some of the bad posts on here are due to "people" (competition) not liking others in the market place. I would recommend them.. Just my 2 cents.
