worst service I ever had, 9/13/2011

I went to the shop to purchase a shift lever and shift Bracket in the first week of March 2008.I was told the parts would be in in 3 days. needless to say, they gave me the wrong Bracket 3 times in a... month and they lost my receipt,then didnt answer the phone for a month. I went up there in August and the place had been sold. I spoke with the new owner and the old employees about my part. they had no record of it and did not give me a refund. I wont shop there again
