Illigally dumpted wood chips on my yard
Keith and his crew dumped several truck loads of wood chips on my yard. He denied it until I showed him the pictures the neighbor took for me. He showed up with no shirt looking hung over. He refused to remove the wood chips and I thought he was going to become violent. I don't know what kind of work they do but they are not above lying and breaking the law.

Worst EVER! Do not recommend this company
They left the job half completed with branches and trunks all over our yard and street. Left us with the mess. Just walked off the job with no intention of coming back - but promised they would be there every day. Now we have to hire another company. This company is not trustworthy.

Good tree Service
Dekalb Tree Service does a good job at a reasonable price. The prices were competitive. I would use them again

Long history of good service
I most recently used DTS this month and have always been pleased with their service. Someone else would probably rate the work they do for me as 5 stars, but I was always the sort of teacher who is stingy with A+s. Much of the work I have done is to cut boughs off a full sized oak next door that goes over my fence, so we have to please the neighbors too. Keith's son Lamar gives the reasonable estimates and supervises the work for me and is amazing with his ability to understand just which boughs you want removed and where. Cleanup was impeccable. Nobody plays loud radios or leaves trash behind. They cut and stacked the wood the neighbors and I wanted too, right where we asked. Of course I will use them again.

Worst Service Ever
Booked first appointment and they arrived after 3:30 with no apology, only finger pointing. Worked until pitch black. Left a mess. Did not even have an invoice when asked for payment. Don't be fooled by Keith's folksy ways. You will never see him again, and the rest of the crew are rude amateurs. No ear protection nor face shields. Dropping large pieces into garden. Took a chunk out of neighbors fence. Horrible. Don't let Lamar on your property.
