My favorite service company!
LOVE this service. We've used them for almost 3 years, and I have not had one single complaint. They are almost invisible in their work, except for the days that I forget to close the dog door and my 3 crazy dogs run out and catch them in the scooping act. Even then, our scooper is patient and calm with my barking dogs. Always very thorough, too Wednesday is our "let's go play in the yard" day. Would highly recommend to anyone, as it is worth every penny and more to not worry about this task!

My dogs and lawn thank them!
It's a shame some people use these anonymous reviews to take shots at great businesses, just because they can.

Dirty Work Pooper Scooper is an awesome service, with even better people.

For a whopping $12, they come out to my home, play with my dogs, leave some treats, and clean my entire yard of doggie landmines. It is perfectly cleaned for my kids to play in and for my lawn service (who always used to complain about the "piles").

I love them and recommend them to all my dog-owning friends.

Superior customer (and dog!) service
Dirty Work has been cleaning our yard for years and we love their service.

Last week we got a call that our dog was trying to dig out under the fence. That alone was so appreciated. But when I got home, I saw that our Pooper Scooper had dragged some downed limbs into the hole, and then gotten some large rocks and placed them on top.

She's a petite person, and the job couldn't have been easy, but it was unbelievably sweet and appreciated.

Sweethearts with a great service
Not only have I used them for years personally, I also am always hitting them up for the Rescue group I work with. They are so giving -- they clean events for free for us, volunteer on adoption days and are always donating things to us.

I absolutely cannot say enough about Dirty Work and the people there.

You will never feel better about a service coming to your home and being around your pets and family than you will with them.

They didn't clean my yard + shady billing
UPDATE: I don't think it's unreasonable to request a bill for ACTUAL usage, not some average. Plus, I was NOT informed of this billing practice in advance and didn't see any mention of it on their website. Lastly, the actual cleaning service was subpar. My scoop most certainly was NOT pooped, and I shouldn't have to scour my yard every week to make sure that it was.

I was initially impressed with Dirty Work. They were responsive and seemed to be on the ball. However, I found out that they weren't really cleaning my yard. One week I purposely left some poo to see if it would be removed -- nope, still there even after my yard was supposedly clean. They were very apologetic and gave me a credit for a cleaning. Later, I received the bill and was confused because they use some funky averaging technique, rather than simply bill me for the actual number of visits I had in the month. When I inquired about it, they gave me some bogus excuse about making sure the amount was the same each month. I told them that it didn't make sense and it was difficult to track (i.e., you would have a hard time knowing if they overbilled you). After questioning their billing practices, I guess they decided they did not want me as a customer and canceled my account. Truthfully, I don't think I'm missing out on much, since I'm not sure that their yard cleaning service was really that thorough. I will say though that they are very responsive. Just don't question their billing pr

Unfortunately we were never going to be able to satisfy this client. That upsets us, but is a reality sometimes when dealing with the public. We tried very hard, gave free cleanings, called and emailed several times drastically after hours -- but she told us twice that she absolutely was not going to pay by the flat monthly rate system that all of our other clients have gone by for 13 years. As we were not able to change our accounting system for only her account, we were not able to keep her as a client despite all of our best efforts. We welcome any questions (as our multiple communications with this client indicate) but a company cannot change the entire way it does business because of the request of just one client. I am sorry she felt so upset but she was not going to accept our flat monthly rate payment terms and we ran out of options that would give her satisfaction.
