My home flooded in January and the nightmare still isn't over! DONE supposedly "completed" the restoration of my home in March but the work was so poor and unprofessionally done that I am now having to pay a professional contractor to fix the damage done by DONE.. messy painting, missing molding, improperly installed faucets, cabinets, flooring, and overall very poor workmanship! Also, they failed to complete the paperwork properly so I haven't been able to close the claim with my insurance company and receive final payment.

What was originally thought to be a garbage disposal malfunction soon escalated into a major slab leak. A well known local plumbing company recommended D.O.N.E. Restoration, Inc. as the go to people to deal with water mitigation and damage repair. They brought in a bunch of air scrubbers and some other equipment to dry out and keep mold from developing, and removed the damaged drywall, carpet, and kitchen cabinets. The crew even did the lions share of the work in loading a storage container that I rented. The first phase is over. The next phase, putting things back to the way they were, will begin in the next couple days. I'm sure D.O.N.E. Restoration, Inc. will do just as fantastic a job with that as they've done in mitigating the damage in the first phase of my disaster.

We selected DONE to dry out our home after a freeze broke our pipe. On their first visit, they were very professional, and left their equipment to dry things out. On the second visit, they realized it needed more time, and left the gear again. Third visit t was determined the first group didn't score one wall properly, and the equipment was left for a longer time. One the Fourth, they determined the dry-wall should have been torn out, and insulation removed. Gear was finally removed on the sixth or seventh visit, and we were told they would contact us to do the actual rebuilt work. Two weeks later (after hearing nothing) I called and they said they wouldn't be able to look at that for at least another two weeks. Several crews, after the initial one, had something to say about the previous visit - how someone else did something wrong (not scoring the wall, not removing dry wall, using the wrong fans, etc). In the end, it seems the work was done well, and the walls are all dry, without any bad smells, so I'm happy about that. It just took a lot longer than excepted.

I contacted D.O.N.E. Restoration Inc., and spoke with a very nice woman who set up a time for someone to quote repairing damage caused by a broken water pipe in my laundry room. My entire basement was flooded, as well as, the finished family room adjacent. The estimator was 3 hours late without calling. He arrived in an unmarked van. He had a uniform with another company name printed on it. He provided a business card with still another business name. Needless to say, only upon my asking he confirmed that he worked for a carpet company, and is a subcontractor for D.O.N.E. He quickly walked through the damaged areas, without writing anything down. I had to pry information out of him regarding necessary steps to tackle the job. He verbally gave a price of $8,000-$10,000, and stated that he could start the next day. I asked for a written quote for all work to be performed...he said that he would have to charge me $125 for a written quote. I asked for a written contract if I planned to have him start the next day; he walked out to his van several times, then came back to say that he didn't have any paperwork with him, and that he could come back in a few hours with it. I have yet to see him again.

We had a water leak in the supply line of an upstairs commode. It was not discovered until almost 24 hours later when water came pouring through the ceiling of the garage. When we called Cool Ray (because we thought it was our water heater) they sent a plumber and then recommended D.O.N.E. Restorations. All of them came within a couple of hours with the equipment to do the job. Jason and Sam quickly assessed the situation after the leak was fixed and went to work. They got the water out of the carpet (20 gallons) and used equipment to both dehumidify and completely dry the upstairs and the garage. Every day they came by to check both areas until they were completely dried. Excellent service. Very polite and professional technicians. Would highly recommend D.O.N.E.!

The storms a few weeks ago caused 2 floods on my enclosed porch. I contacted D.O.N.E. Restoration and they quickly sent someone to my house to get rid of the water and tear out the flooring. They also followed up with equipment to draw out any of the moisture from the walls and floor. They did a great job, were fast, and extremely nice! I would highly recommend them.
