Not a Happy Customer!
I went to Donnie based on the comments from Kudzu.com for a haircut. I had tried to grow it for 4 months and he cut it all off just as it had been prior to the four months. He did do a good cut as my hair was overprocessed and probably needed the cut. Went back a couple of weeks later to have partial highlighting done on areas where it was very dark. He indicated he could highlight all over with some low lighting to even it out. I came out darker all over than before I came in. I advised him I was not happy. He asked me what I wanted him to do and I asked him to fix it the way I requested. He said he could not do anything for at least a month and said the color was on him. Went to another professional the next day who did fix it and also some zebra stripes and bleeding from the foils on the previous day from Donnie. Happy to find a professional who cares and will respect the customer's request with knowledge of how to make it happen correctly with no damage to the hair!

I think I need to reply here and tell what is missing. You did say you had grown you hair out. But It was SO damaged that it badly needed to be cut. I did highlight and lowlight you.. I also told you that. I would do what i feel is SAFE to do on your hair because you came in with hair that had been Way over highlighted that had been pulled though a Cap for year's the hair was almost white pluse you had a bad perm on there also. Im sorry I took you out of the 80's and took at least 10yrs off of you. I do know how to work with Damaged hair btw but when I have to put my Name on your hair there are only somethings I will do.
