We had the challenge of coordinating work on our property from across the country. Once we found DPS, our worries were gone. Todd and Chris took care of everything. They answered all of our questions and did a great job of communicating how the work was going. They also sent us photos so that we could see the finished result.
We are so pleased with the outcome and some of the neighbors have already commented on how good the house looks. Todd and Chris were true to their word and they finished the project on time. The original estimate was very accurate and they were quick to let us know of any issues that came up during the work. There were no surprises on the final invoice. They really went above and beyond to help us make this happen from 1700 miles away. It is refreshing to have great customer service and a quality product.

Interviewed 3 contactors before TODD for our remodel which included removing walls,cabinets,granite in kitchen and 2 baths,gas line, and custom building 2 cabinets to fit my needs.You will not find ANYONE like TODD and CHRIS- they are versed in many areas and take great pride in their work. The job was always kept clean and livable.Hiring Todd WILL GIVE YOU THE PROFESSIONAL YOU CAN COUNT ON FOR LIFE.

Todd, Chris and every worker with DPS were an absolute pleasure to work with. My friends can not believe I worked on a project of this scale and could not find 2 negative words to say about our contractor. Who remodels their main floor (new room addition, remolded kitchen and bath, wall painting, hardwood floors and more) and can not find a complaint about a contractor? We chose DPS based not only on the feedback that customers provided on Kudzu, but Todd responded back to each and every customer comment, not just to those negative comments like most businesses owners. DPS spent several months planning our project, even before a contract or agreement was arranged, basically before we hired them. Their design was more achievable and cost effective compared to previous bids. The development of the contract, which could have been contentious, was very simple and the terms outlined were fair to both me and to DPS. Construction was planned with a very systematic approach which limited our inconvenience. The house was spotless every time Chris and/or Todd left for the day. Every change we had in scope never bothered Todd. He adjusted and still stayed on schedule and budget, yes I said budget and schedule. He is a great designer and knows how to utilize space the most effective way possible. Thanks to DPS, our house now feels comfortable, warm, and usable… like “a million bucks”.

Todd and Chris are truly amazing! This is the 2nd time we have used DPS and we could not be more pleased. We were in a bit of a jam and needed some help during a kitchen renovation.

Not only did Todd respond quickly but knowing they had other, larger, projects underway, they still made time for us and went the extra mile to help us complete the job on time.

DPS provides everything you need when looking for a general contractor. The quality of work is outstanding. They are honest, dependable, meticulous and trustworthy. We can not say enough about DPS and will continue to use their services for years to come.
