Travis, the owner, handled the service call for our Kitchenaid Microwave/Convection oven. The oven was under an extended warranty. He called a week or so before the appointment to find out the problem, which was a noisy turntable motor. He ordered the part in advance based on our "joint diagnosis." It was in fact the motor, he replaced it quite quickly, and it solved the problem. He arrived at the early end of the time period he gave me that morning. He was very professional. Not sure about the negative reviews, but mine was very good and will use him again.

Very professional and fair price. The two receptionist were super friendly as well as the repairman, Sean. Had next day service, was great about calling in advance and came when scheduled. Evaporator coil replacements are not easy. It takes a couple hours, requires welding and freon replacement. Maybe it is easy, I don't know, but many companies opt out of that service and, at that price, most people just decide to buy a new refrigerator. I called around. The prices ranged from $500-900. Actually, the initial quote was $699. I think the coil was quoted at $250. I saved $100+ by ordering a generic part from Searspartsdirect.com. They're the least expensive I've found for parts!

Had to work with this company through Viking. Never Again. Service Tech was very friendly and up front about everything. He was the best part of the company. The owner is rude and condescending. I called on three different occasions and I didn't get a return call back. Tech was out yesterday and I think he may have forgotten to hook up the water line and I was told that it was not what had happened it was another issue and they couldn't come out for another 3 days and probably wanted to charge me another 89.99. After I said it was unacceptable and I would like them to come sooner she hung up on me. I called Viking and they are sending a new company out tomorrow.

Worst customer experience in my life. "Forgot" to order the parts for THREE appointments. Receptionist hung up on us on multiple occasions when we asked for confirmation of appointments and parts ordering. Pulled the dishwasher from under the counter, created a larger leak than was present before, then never returned despite multiple calls to fix the problem. The owner was also no help. Refused to give information regarding our account or repairs and was very amused when he was informed of the rude attitude held by his phone staff. If you want professionals that won't treat you like you're just lucky they're even letting you get your dishwasher broken by them, I would suggest choosing another service.

I wish I could comment on the service and quality but since the technician never showed up, I'll never know. The receptionist was rude and incompetent and clearly doesn't know how to book an appointment. The technician didn't show and didn't call all day. Would never even think of calling this business again.

Dr. Fix-it was the company sent out by my warranty company to fix my dryer that had broken. I was skeptical because a lot of times the company that the warranty company chooses isn't always the best. However, I was impressed with Dr. Fix-it Appliance Repair. They fit us in the same day that we reported the problem. The rep on the phone and the tech who came to our house were very courteous. The tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend their services.

I will definitely use this company for my future appliance repairs. The tech was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. There were no surprises in the bill and it was very fair. In fact, maybe even a little less than I expected.
