$40 for diagnosis,$125/hr for repairs. They took two weeks to give us a diagnosis and an estimate. When we decided against repair recommendations for a slow computer, they gave our computer back to us with all the inside cables including the power cord disconnected. When we contacted Dr Geeks, the tech said it would damage the hard drive to turn it back on. None of this was communcated during any of the phone conversations or when the computer was picked up. After having another tech reattach all the internal cables, the computer worked the same as it did before the diagnosis with no additional problems.
