Customer service and work ethic is very lacking.
Workers arrived & started on job without any introduction or notice they were here. When it was pointed out that they were installing some the components incorrectly they tried to justify it by saying it did not matter despite the fact this would void the manufacturer’s warranty. Landscape lighting was damaged. Cleanup was exceptionally poor. No follow up to see if job was done correctly or satisfactorily. I was there only for their convenience.

I spoke with this homeowner personally a couple of times, the install issue was addressed promptly and followed up on. As to the other issues I do not recall if they were even brought to our attention, if they had we would have responded. We appreciate our customers and strive to meet their expectations.
